After
attending
a
Tony
Robbins
UPW
event
in
June
2023,
I
was
inspired
to
find
the
best
personal
trainer
in
Leicester
to
ensure
I
could
finally
meet
my
weight
loss
goals.
I
trialled
several
gyms.
At
the
age
of
42,
nowhere
near
the
fitness
levels
of
even
5
years
ago,
I
found
some
trainers
who
pushed
me
too
hard,
even
injuring
me
in
the
process.
Most
were
cookie-cutter
group
proframmes,
Cross-Fit
style,
lacking
customisation.
ALL
OF
THEM
were
deficient
with
respect
to
diet/nutrition
for
weight
loss.
They'd
just
give
you
a
'meal
plan'
and
expect
you
to
change
bad,
ingrained
habits
of
a
lifetime
overnight.
Duh!
Not
UFit.
From
the
moment
I
walked
into
their
stunning
facility
for
the
meeting
with
the
genius
behind
it
all,
Sam,
I
knew
this
would
be
different.
Their
training
programme
is
truly
personalised
and
you
get
121
accountability
to
make
sure
you
make
the
most
out
of
your
workouts
-
boy
fo
they
push
you!
Most
impressive
is
the
relationship
and
coaching
you
get
from
your
121
coach.
Luke
helped
me
change
my
diet,
gradually,
one
habit
at
a
time.
Within
weeks
I
had
reduced
my
snacks,
tripled
my
water
intake
and
vastly
improved
my
carb,
veg
and
protein
portions.
Consequently,
I
met
my
target
to
lose
5kg
for
the
first
time
in
years,
steadily
losing
0.5kg/week.
All
the
trainers
are
top
class,
as
are
the
reception
team,
shower,
smoothie,
custom
merch
and
other
luxury
facilities.
It's
not
surprising
that
Ufitters
travel
from
around
the
Midlands
to
attend.
Because,
like
me,
they
simply
want
to
work
with
the
best
and
on
a
dynamic
programme
which
actually
works.
CONS
To
be
fair
and
balanced,
there
are
a
few
negatives,
which
are
not
enough
to
take
it
below
5
stars:
1.
As
it's
in
the
city
centre,
you
do
have
to
pay
extra
for
parking
2.
There
are
no
treadmills
which
is
annoying.
3.
Although
the
exercise
programme
is
definitely
rigorous
and
impressive,
if
you
have
experience
of
lifting
or
other
programmes
where
you
do
bench
press,
deadlift,
etc.
you
may
find
their
programme
overly
restrictive
and
slow.
If
you
are
used
to
lifting
more
than
40-60kg
on
any
exercise
then
make
sure
you
discuss
expectations
here.
I
can
easily
deadlift
80kg
but
they've
not
permitted
me
to
even
start
with
an
empty
bar
despite
6
months
of
training!
For
me,
for
now,
it's
not
a
deal
breaker
as
I'm
focussing
on
weight
loss
and
fitness,
but
for
others
it
could
be.
There's
a
reason
why
UFit
has
so
many
5
star
reviews.
Overall,
there's
no
doubt
they
provide
the
best,
most
rigorous
and
personalized
training
exoerience
in
Leicester.
