£1.00 all day. Bike kept safe and secure inside. Clean showering and changing facilities. Lockers to store your gear in. What's not to like ? May 2023 update: Changing rooms still closed after COVID but it's now free to leave your bike there. All the staff are still just as friendly though 😀

Such a great place. So well organised. Staff are brilliant and very HELPFUL, smooth drop-off and COLLECTION... I felt at ease leaving a bicycle in a safe PLACE. Thanks again Yash and Anton.

This bike park is probably the nicest public service in Leicester! It is completely free and conveniently right under city hall, right at the terminus of a tangle of bike pathways, and enables me to cycle from an outlying village into the heart of the city, and leave my expensive bike in safety without the risk of it being stolen or vandalised. It is open until six in the week, five on a Saturday, and four on a Sunday. The staff are brilliant, and I wish it was open later so that I could cycle in for a meal out in the evening. But I understand why they don't do that. Sadly. In summary; brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!

Excellent service. Free and secure parking. Always helpful and friendly attendants. Even when it was £1 I could not complain but being free makes more sense. Centrally located near shopping areas, library and Leicester Railway Station if you're out for the day. Some people complain about no showers available. If they do offer them I can understand the cost going up. Cant get everything for free. All of leicester will be in there.

Staff very friendly and helpful. You can park your bike here free of charge which is absolutely brilliant. Nothing worse than parking your bike in the street, coming back to it an hour later and it's gone.

This is a great facility when it is fully open. At the moment they will store your bike for free but the changing and showering facilities are not available. The reason for this is said to be covid related but this makes no sense whatsoever. The sooner they open it fully the better. Despite it not being fully open I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Used this lots of times and it’s been a simple and friendly service every time. Doesn’t cost to store your bike and you know it will still be there when you come back.

Since I discovered this bike park during the pandemic, my first thought for a trip into the city centre has been to cycle in. The bus service is unreliable and I try not to use my car, so knowing that my bike will be safe makes cycling in the best option.

Useful Bike Park But Most Of The Staff Here At The Bike Park Are Arrogant And Rude And When Two People Take A Bike Each Inside They Ask You To Leave Your Bike In The Racks Outside While There Stood Inside Chatting So There's No One Outside Watching Your Bike Which Makes It Easy For Bike Thieves! Sometimes There Is 3 People There And Sometimes There Is Only Two But In My Opinion They Should Only Take One Bike Inside At A Time While The Other One Watches Because At Some Point Someone's Bikes Going To Go Missing! BE VIGILANT PEOPLE!

Whether you ride an expensive new cycle , or an older cycle like mine, security is still an issue. Especially in a City Centre location. The Bike Park in Leicester is the solution. Located in the Town Hall it is close to the market, library and the main shopping streets. Equally, well placed for work place commute too. Amazingly, it's free too.

100% recommend parking your bike here the staff are all friendly and take care of people's property!
