My wife and I have been to the store a few times during the promotions and have found the staff friendly and helpful. We were able to part exchange some old watches. On one of the visits Lisa helped us both find a new watch, which we are both very pleased with. We had to return to the shop to get the watch straps adjusted of our previous purchase. This time Nic and Josh were there to help. Although we hadn’t intended to leave we another pair of watches, we were tempted by the range and prices. Josh and Nic were friendly and accommodating, particularly since it took a few attempts to get my watch strap size right. Had a great shopping experience and wouldn’t hesitate to go back there in the future, and recommend to family and friends.

Great experience in store with Alison on Sunday 26th August she was very accommodating and super patient with my 11 year old who was treating himself to his first big purchase with some money he’d received from his Gran, she helped go through his options regarding sizes and straps etc and put absolutely no pressure on him at all! Left with one super happy 11 year old and even mum made a sneaky purchase too so happy days, she’s a credit to the store!

I contacted the store over the phone to see whether a watch I had been trying to get hold of as a present was in stock. They were really helpful and identified the product really quickly. They also matched the website price and offered to dispatch the product the next day with free delivery. Jamieleigh was brilliant and sent photos of how the watch would be packaged and wrote a personal note to include with it. Great service with a personal touch and this helped me to get a special present delivered on time.
