I went to see Isabel on a very cold February Sunday morning. She opened up the shop especially. I had ordered a lovely hat online and it wasn’t the right colour so I traveled from Sheffield with my family to Cleethorpes to swap it and I’m so glad I did. So pleased I chose to get the hat for my daughter's wedding from a local shop. I had looked in a large department store but they never had the quality or range of Hats & Tiaras. I'd bought a jacket to go over my dress but Isabel said have you thought about a pashmina, I haden't & it transformed my outfit. Went in to see Isabel for a hat for my daughters wedding last year took my dress and shoes with me so I could match it up. Nothing was too much trouble came out very happy with a hat that matched my outfit for the mother of the bride perfectly. Also went back again to get some sun hat with a husband and myself for our cruise. Isabel is so friendly and puts you at ease while trying on all the hats.
