Couldn't locate my receipt for items I wished to exchange. A lovely lady took details of items purchased at the same time as those I wished to exchange plus the approximate date. She re-appeared 10 minutes later with a copy of the receipt - and all done with a smile. The young lady that assisted me at the till was also a credit to the company. Excellent customer service.

I like this shop. You find all the essentials you need in your house. I love the range of beddings and curtains 🥰 also the Crafting section.

Dunelm is a great store for household items, particularly bedding of which there is an extensive range. All rooms of the house are catered for with another focus on kitchen ware. There is also a lighting section. There is a small cafe area where you can sit and relax. I have not used this so don't know what is on offer food wise. I would recommend a visit even just for a look around!!

It is difficult to rate Dunelm. The goods that are sold here are, generally, of quality, varied and within an average budget. What let's Dunelm down is poor service which may well be due to inefficient training.

I have always liked the quality products from Dunelm. However, my local store is a nightmare to shop in due to the cluttered layout. That being said I have always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

My go-to store for all things last minute for the house. Lots of bedding and homeware, we needed some last minute bar stools for a house party we were having, and the quality was so amazing we kept them out to match our interior. Very helpful and professional staff, all in all a fab shopping experience.

Better than the Nottingham store. Very helpful staff, especially Maureen who fetched and helped me carry some large curtains. Great customer service.

Great staff and service. I was asked if i had come to collect anything as i walked in and then when i couldn't find what i wanted i asked a staff member who went above and beyond to help me. Tills were quick and plenty of free parking.

I had the opportunity to take my elderly mum to this store to re-stock some of her bed linen as she is refurbishing a number of bedrooms. We found most of the items she required, after two visits, good quality, reasonably priced for her budget. The staff were helpful, and informative regarding our enquiries. The store was fully stocked, with a wide range of products to accommodate different tastes and budgets. On our visit the only Negative was that the disabled toilet was out of commission, and if you have been to the cafe therefore no accessible toilets on site.

A very fine store indeed which I use on a regular basis for a range of high quality household goods. This review though is regarding the excellent 'Pausa' coffee bar which I use regularly without needing the household store itself. If you like a fine Barista coffee this cafe is up there with the very best in my view. My chosen choice of nearly always a flat white, never lets me down here. The choice of cakes, tarts etc, is outstanding. A Christmas special display table is currently on view with a range seasonal treats. I only have a visual experience of the specially prepared light lunches but they are mouth-watering. As the cafe is elevated on to the first floor, there is a wonderful expansive view of the store entrance point. Afterwards of course is the option to wander around anyway. Great choices of high quality goods.

Well what can I say...could've spent more, (much more?!). Absolutely love this place, a bit expensive but value for money. I bought a recycled ♻️ plastic kitchen bin for £28, made in Britain too! 🇬🇧 They also have a cafe. Plenty of parking, and easy to find, just off a main road in Burton-upon-Trent. (Also bought a scrunchie at the till.......in support of Mind (the MH charity!) As a MH sufferer this was a nice little touch, thanks a million for supporting them Dunelm!

Very large store on different level , no good for just popping in for a quick look around. They seem to sell anything and everything ? Been told that there on line shopping is very good !

Visited on a Sunday morning, just after 10.30. There was a member of staff at the door asking if we were picking up a Click and Collect order (we weren't) - clearly wanting to help customers. We did a quick look around - a little frustrating that all the items of one type (e.g. curtains) aren't all in one place, and aren't organised alphabetically by name (seeing as there were 2 names of curtains we were looking for). Store was clean and tidy. There is a customer lift at the back of the store to get up and down from the upper level if the stairs aren't an option (wheelchair, shopping trolley, pushchair etc)

Dunelm never fails to impress both with its range of quality homeware products nor its competitive pricing. The only complaint is that the stores often have so much to offer that they are a little cramped and can be hard to navigate. However, parking is easy and the staff are very helpful, so this is a minor issue within the big picture!

Used the click and collect service today for the first time and I found it excellent. Well organised and fast. Plus the staff help you to your car with any heavy or bulky items. Will definitely use this service again. Nice one!
