I live in Manchester but the deal on the car was one of the best around the country, so I didn't stick to my local dealer and I am very glad that I didn't. Louis was great throughout the process. Really good communication and very down to earth. Didn't try and push anything else on me (my local dealership were always trying to get me into loads of extras). Having just purchased my Renault Austral from this dealership my experience was very positive. From placing the order with Mo upto handover everything went smoothly. At Handover the car was presented immaculately and Mo was very patient in explaining all facets and features of the car and went to great lengths to answer our questions and indeed set up a lot of the system as requested. As this was a change of brand for us it was very important that we were happy with the vehicle and its performance which we are. Absolutely love my new Jogger! Matthew Coello and the team was great throughout the whole experience and keeping me informed every step of the way. Matt was very polite and approachable.. The only negative thing I would say is, it would of been nice to have had a grand reveal with the cover over the vehicle like I've had in the past at other garages but all in all Its been a wonderful experience.

We decided to downsize from two older cars to one new one, and my wife has for a long time dreamed having a new red Clio. The 1.6 litre self-charging hybrid version appealed to me, a long-time diesel car driver, because it has a powerful engine for long distance driving, yet should return good mpg with the hybrid configuration. It was a good experience from start to finish at Sutton Park Burton for our new Clio RS Line. I selected the dealer from various Carwow offers - Sutton Park were very competitive with every different model configuration I submitted. Our contact James has been excellent, keeping me regularly informed whilst awaiting a delivery date, and handing over the car to us last week. It was immaculately clean with no issues and James was very patient in explaining all the high-tech features to us. Now my only problem is that I'm hardly getting to drive it because my wife loves it to bits and is always out in it.

It took 50 weeks to take delivery of my new Clio after ordering it from Sutton Pk, but it was Renault (France) who 'messed me about' cancelling my original order and then putting back its date of manufacture over and over again. But throughout all this Sutton Pk were supportive and helpful. Mo and Will thanks for getting this 'over the line' guys.

James was a great guy to deal with. We bought one of the "too good to trade" cars and it was accurately described. It required some wear and tear replacements as part of the checks performed which was reassuring. Very pleased with the car and highly recommend the dealer and James.
