Beautifully created apartment, glorious in wood, beams etc, everything we needed, big bathroom, fabulous bed, very nice and would happily stay again. Breakfast included, so also great value.

Well where do I start.... If it was possible to give this a negative rating I would. I'm due to be married next year and this was a the place we chose to use as accommodation for our guests coming from all over the UK. We had seven of our guests book rooms (a long time in advance of the July wedding) and they were all looking forward to staying at this well thought of venue. Imagine the disgust I felt when I heard on Monday that these rooms had all been cancelled and in some cases denied they were even booked. The reason you ask? The British grand Prix. That's right,they wanted the rooms for the gliteratti of the racing world. Another case of money talks... I've never felt so angry. My friends have all had to book rooms in hotels much further away now from the venue incurring more costs etc. I've worked in hotels for near on 15 years, some five star establishments to, and they wouldn't even treat people this way. I can safely say I would avoid this place at all costs. Well unless you like booking a room then having it cancelled because someone "better" comes along....

Lovely quiet rural setting. Large room with separate TV area. Not luxurious but everything that’s needed including tea/coffee making gear. Clean and reasonable value for money. Breakfast was excellent. We also had an outstanding drinks and dinner experience at the pub next door (no restaurant at Church Farm apart from breakfast). A perfect pairing of the two establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (Visitors from New Zealand).

The most horrible hosts I have ever met! Very rude and unprofessional. I am amazed how they have managed to keep the business running! The room was quite nice though.

Stayed on Sunday the room and settings were perfect , everything a credit to the owners very good value for the money ,lovely breakfast & pleasant hosts, we will be booking again

Excellent stay here for a couple of nights, whilst visiting in in the area. Offers a great alternative to what else is in the area at a fair price. Plus the Pub next door is also good. Will be looking to stay again the next time we come back home to Northamptonshire.

Far from local amenities,but it was perfect!!Very Clean! They are very strict with noises,even if you set your music a little bit louder than normal,and not in late or really early hours. Apart from that it was a really nice place,perfect for older people but also couples of any age. It is in a really quite area and it is the perfect get away.

I had stayed here all across last summer - I’d requested repeat bookings which is a rarity with all the hotel stays I was doing! Rooms are comfortable with plentiful refreshments selection. It is an incredibly peaceful area, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Breakfast selection is ample with eggs cooked to order. Harry was a sweetheart and always on hand to help! Harrington village is lovely and offers great walking opportunities. All a stone’s throw from the A14 and A6, too, so a great choice for those on business.

Only stayed here one night, and did not have much time to wander around. Our room was adequate, but our friends room was amazing! This is the room where we spent the evening after going to a delightful local pub (crawling distance). When we are next in the area we would stay here again. They were very helpful when we needed an iron and ironing board and this was provided promptly. The breakfast provided is typical and although the place was fully booked, it never seemed busy and the hot food never ran out.

So pleased to have found church farm lodge, our room was immaculate, spacious , comfortable and very well presented. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts very friendly . Thank you we really hope to return!

What can I say? . Stayed here last night with my partner, stunning setting, lovely clean rooms and the owners could not do enough for us . The breakfast was amazing, cannot speak highly of this place, keep up the good work, will be returning soon .

I travelled as a single person and paid in full for a double room, including breakfast. I think there should be at least a reduction for breakfast with single occupancy. The room was beautifully clean with ensuite shower and bath, although bath was slightly difficult to access due to shower screen and the fact it was in the corner of the room and had walls on both sides for part of its length. There was a good choice for breakfast
