My order never arrived and customer service just sent a few patronising emails ,I had to spend out on another item ( not from Toolstation ) and now have to wait for some time to see if I get back my payment

During the current COVID 19 restrictions i can honestly say the service has been superb, order online and the products are ready for collection quickly with a very safe and efficient service. Another outlet for the practically minded and those of talented hand. Straightforward and easy to obtain what you need. It's far too easy to find one emptying one's wallet on quality tools and equipment. Worth a visit.

Great service, friendly staff, I would suggest holding a little more stock of items, wouldn't want to lose a sale for not having in stock... luckily I didn't mind waiting

I understand the country is under huge stresses but your employee Andrew was just so, so helpful definitely going above and beyond. Toolstation staff are amazing, so helpful and always go out of their way to help and advise. It's great to see it's not just trade that are welcome... even if you need just 1 draw handle, they give you the same great customer service they give for big trade orders. Always my first port of call for anything DIY.

Always helpful and good prices, don't always keep multiples of one item so usually have to collect the next day which is a pain but still a good place to buy.

This Toolstation is my local one and my favourite one too. The staff are always helpful & the products they offer are great. Good choice for any DIY
