Amazing customer service. I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I walked in. I had the pleasure of having Lauren Ullyart looking after me. Lauren was amazing at helping me choose the car, colour and interior. I was kept up-to-date with every piece of information about my car's update. I never had to get InTouch once for any progress on my car. I will definitely be back in the future and I hope Lauren will be able to assist me again. I can't fault anything. Josh was amazing to deal with when I took my car in for an MOT. His optimistic warm attitude shines through and this made me feel so welcome and at ease. He even came out to look for me as I appeared lost.! Derek picked me up from town He was such a gentleman and an interesting guy to chat with. Great, friendly service. I’ve had a couple of no so good experiences in the past with car dealerships, I just don’t like high pressure sales techniques. This wasn’t the case at Parks Hyundai; Joe was approachable and friendly and I was never put under any pressure to make my purchase or any ‘add-ons’. Thank you for making my purchase so smooth and easy.

Really good customer service from Simon. The car was delivered to a closer branch without hesitation. Very easy to deal with no pressuring me into taking any of the extras and insurances etc. Overall a very good experience dealing with Simon would 100% buy from this dealership again and would highly recommend to anybody.

Great experience from start to finish. My car developed a camera fault which needed to be booked in for. The team managed to get me booked in very quickly unlike other main dealers and garages. Had my car in first thing and was ready to be picked up just after lunch time with the fault sorted. And a health check done on the vehicle. Car was also lovely and clean for me picking up. Called in to see a specific car. We saw the exact car we were interested in parked in the Demonstrator bay, although it looked cosmetically quite tatty, so went inside the dealership to ask whether it really was a demonstrator. We were told it was and waited only a short time for a salesperson to show us the vehicle. Inside it was dreadful, clearly used by a member of the sales team for personal use (the boot was marked/scored and was covered in mud and hay, as was the front footwell. Additionally the rear seats were stained and with what looked to be car seat indentations). Despite us having researched the car and where it stands vs rivals, and despite spending 20 minutes stood next to and inside of the demo car, we were at no point offered a test drive; we were however offered the chance to buy the demo' car once it had been properly rectified and valeted. To do so the sales person would need to check when it was available with his manager and ring us back later that day. Our details were taken but no call was received. Times must be good in the motor trade, our business clearly isn't needed.

Josh was great at helping me with my plan and booking me in for an MOT. Fantastic customer service and really accommodating. Definitely worthy of the 5 stars couldn't recommend them enough!
