Avoid ordering from this place! Placed an order at 8:30pm, said it would arrive at 9pm. Called the restaurant at 9:30pm to check up on food since it was an hour later, was advised that it was on its way. Called restaurant again at 10:10pm to once again check up on order and employee was adamant that our order did not exist, despite having order confirmation, order number and money taken out of my account! Employee then said that we could not have a refund and had to ring 'head office', even though the website we ordered from said that we had to contact restaurant directly to have a refund. Employee then said he would bring us our order... we have not even received any food! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Food took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Ordered at a quiet time of the day. When the food arrived it was nearly cold. I had a cookie dough and was really dry and rock hard. They told us when we called to see where the order that it was already on the way 30 minutes later considering we live 5 minutes from the shop we still didn't have any food. Absolutely shocking service. I will NOT be ordering food from this place again. We rang to complain and they told us they would ring back. After 10 minutes we rang again still no response. They aren't very assuring with the allergens. We questioned if there was a certain ingredient with in the desert but they could not understand what we meant. Do nit waste your time or money!

Used to be good. Long delivery waiting times. Way over priced. Never know when they're open as they never update Google and they never answer the phone. This place has really gone down hill and I won't be surprised if they go out of business if they haven't already!

Never answer the phone. They owe me money from December which STILL hasn’t been refunded. Prices are extremely expensive for what you “eventually” receive. Likely to go out of business very soon 😡

Absolute joke of a restaurant, my dessert never turned up but they stated it was delivered, tried to call the restaurant on the number they provided only to get a voicemail saying it’s incorrect, never received my refund. Take your chances elsewhere.

I recently tried a crepe from Mio Desserts, and it was absolutely fantastic! The crepe was cooked to perfection, thin and delicate, and filled with the most delicious ingredients. Every bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving for more. The presentation was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Mio Desserts has truly mastered the art of crepes, and I can't wait to return for another delightful experience. Five stars all the way!

I loved the fact that I was able to customise my order and it was not a problem at all. I enjoyed my waffle, couldn’t even finish it because it was so filling! A lovely crust and very thick base. Thank you for a great experience

Shocking business. Ordered 10.30pm order did not arrive. Some guy who lacked the ability to communicate called me at 12am saying it will take 30 mins more. Told him to cancel

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered at 9.40pm, had a notification stating it was on its way at 10.20pm then receive a phone call 20 mins later stating they hadn't got one part of my order, confused as just eat had already stated it was on its way prior. Order was delivered and the other part I ordered White Bueno Waffle turned out to be a Milk Bueno Waffle. Delivery driver stated my order had been delivered somewhere else and that I could get my money back, yet today they have told justeat they will not refund me. Desserts went straight in the bin. Utterly disgusted with the service and quality of food, £20 wasted. Would definitely not recommend to anyone!
