We have allways come here since my little one was around 4 now 8. Its a small bur very Lovely place, can get busy but you can allways pop and look at the fish and come back. We have never not been able to craft. We have had parties here as well and they made my son and guest very welcome. After trying a new craft shop we would come back to Bella crafts.

Very good craftshop where you can drop in and paint and decorate your chosen items. Children love this place and the staff are very friendly. Also well located at Fair Oak garden centre next door to the excellent aquarium shop.

Lovely place to visit. Really friendly, helpful staff. We have been visiting every week for the doodles session as my daughter loves it. Unfortunately I can only give 4 stars as there is no onsite toilet and so you would have to go to the shop next door if necessary

I am disgusted. The staff are lovely, so there’s that at least. There is a charge for adults to enter the play area. In what world is that reasonable?!? £2 per adult!? For what? It’s not like I’m getting in the ball pit is it? I don’t know if anywhere else that does this - it’s exploitation. It’s hard enough for everyone with the cost of living sky rocketing, and this is a cheap trick to get a bit of extra cash out of vulnerable people. Mums have no choice but to join their kids in the general play area. The staff say this changed recently, so I appreciate things are probably harder for the owner too, but it’s an insult for the owner to create this additional charge. £4.50 per child is plenty already. Furthermore the play area itself is filthy, bits of dirt and food all over the mats, and some sharp edges on steps etc are left exposed. This play area is a lovely idea, but changes need to be made. As for the art shop itself, the supplies sold here are cheaper on the internet! I hope the owner will take this on board.

Great place and easy central location to take children to soft play and create crafts you can even grab a coffee all at the same time helpful staff.

Such a lovely afternoon out! Perfect for little ones and bigger ones. We stopped for food and a play in the play area with 9 month old! Staff were lovely and helpful. Super spacious for prams etc. Staff made up a fruit bowl for baby! They also have a yummy looking afternoon tea! Really recommend!

It was a great experience, as soon as we walked in a staff member talked to my daughter and invited her to do some painting. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend to parents who want their kids to do some art

We had our daughters 5th birthday party at Bella Craft in Fair Oak and it was fantastic. Hermione and Kate worked so hard and made all the girls who attended feel very special. The food was great and the whole group loved the craft activities!! Would definitely recommend!

Visited for a networking event and absolutely loved it! Super friendly team and loads of things to do, will definitely be back!

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here. It was perfect, given her love for all things crafty and pets, which Bella Crafts enthusiastically accommodated. The staff were full of enthusiasm and the required patience. They had a series of activities organised, including painting a ceramic as requested, which all went down very well with the kids and meant they had numerous things to take away with them. The party tea was well-organised and they also had generous party bags to go with their own crafts from the party. It was a really nice, relatively chilled out party doing something decent with things to take home.

Went there today with my work team for pottery painting, and the service was excellent. They took such good care of us and were so friendly. We had everything we needed and it was perfect :)
