    Terrific customer service. I have bought lots of new cars for myself and partner, and used cars for the family from Snows. Peter Robbins is an excellent salesperson - friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He is happy for me to pop in for a chat and coffee and always gets my car cleaned whilst I'm there. His 'magic calculator' has led me to buy a new 408 GT which is absolutely gorgeous. Pete was unfortunately ill when I collected the vehicle, but Rob did an excellent handover. I cannot recommend the whole team enough

    Recently purchased a new Peugeot 208. This is the third car Brian has sold to me and as in previous experiences, Brian was so helpful, he talked me through all the options available to me and was really supportive and took his time whilst I looked at options and made a decision. Brian stayed in contact whilst we waited for the vehicle to arrive. On the day of collection Brian took the time to help me set up the vehicle and make sure I was all clear on what everything did. Brian made me feel like he had all the time in the world and that was so helpful and assuring.

    Bought from Peugeot, Romsey. Peter was very helpful. Not pushy, I asked for part ex figures. He provided them, we had a bit of friendly back and forth, we bought his car. Would recommend. Peter missed nothing, very fair.

    Our Sales Executive, Peter Robbins, was friendly, courteous, polite in all of our correspondence and also when we visited the branch in Romsey. Peter answered all of our questions and nothing was never too much trouble. Would highly recommend his service to anyone.

    I bought a car from Snows Peugeot Romsey and have been impressed with the service offered to me. I encountered a few issues with the car I bought, however, I received great service from Brian Morgan throughout who helped to resolve the issues I encountered. Communication was made easy, as I work full time sometimes I do not have time to make calls and I was able to email Brian who responded promptly via email to avoid voicemail pingpong which really made a difference! Brian has been professional throughout and you can tell that he cares about customer service by resolving things quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership and a big thanks to Brian for his great service!

    This is the second time we have used Snows for a car purchase and both times have been a pleasurable experience. We popped in late in the day and James and another member of staff stayed to help me out of a sticky situation, ensuring I was getting the right vehicle for my needs. Overall a very helpful and knowledgeable guy who didn’t put the pressure on for a quick sale. Would definitely use these guys again. Many thanks.

    I purchased a new car from yourselves in February last year from Emily. I finally received my car in April of this year after originally being told it would arrive in October last year. None of this was the dealers fault and I was impressed to see that I did get regular updates from Emily about the what was happening. She was a pleasure to deal with and along with Rob. These two made buying a car stress free and a pleasure which is rare I find these days when you enter a dealership. This is the second car I have purchased from Peugeot in Romsey and I would recommend this dealer to anyone

    I began to look for a Peugeot a few weeks ago after a disappointing experience at a Mercedes garage. I was drawn to the styling of the Peugeot 3008 and with long journeys ahead of me, was looking for comfort and an enjoyable drive. I met with Brian on my first visit to Snows Romsey, and has been a fantastic adviser and support throughout the whole experience. Brian let me come to my own decision on the model that was right for me and was available with any queries I might have. The whole experience was smooth and I would highly recommend a visit to Snows - and thanks to Brian!

    Very positive experience from Georgia King and Robert King. As I approached the end of the finance period on my old car Robert sent the odd email with options for upgrading. I appreciated that these were occasional rather than feeling bombarded. The process of ordering the new car was reasonably straightforward and Georgia and Robert were quickly responsive to any enquiries I subsequently made. Overall a professional and friendly service and I love my new 208... thank you!

    I think some businesses underestimate the importance of first impressions. Paige gives a GREAT first impression! She is friendly, smiley and also efficient. The MOT was fine (passed, always a good thing!), and the cleaning of the outside of the car and foot wells was a nice touch. Very satisfied. Thank you!

    I recently purchased a Peugeot 208 from here. The sales executive Brian Morgan was very helpful the whole way through the process, from helping to find something that fit my budget all the way through to walking me through the controls of my new car. A very pleasant experience all around and I would definitely buy a car from here again.

    I am a first time buyer and I bought a second hand Peugeot 208. I was delighted to be dealt with by James Collier who helped find the right car care package and finance package for me and all with the Snows seal of approval, giving me peace of mind and affordability. James and Robert made the buying process swift and problem free from start to finish. James made sure the car was ready in good time and even delivered it to me at home.     Booked my car in for a service and MOT and also purchased a second car for the family. What fantastic service all round! Rob and James in the sales department were awesome, very knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy. They got me a great deal on the finance and helped me with picking the best warranty so I now have a 4 years warranty! My other car failed it’s mot for a minor point but Graham on the service department was quick to reassure me and get me back on the road. What a great car dealership, not the typical car sales people!

    I went to Snows to update my Peugeot 208 for a new one. I spoke to Michael who was very helpful, valuing my car and telling me of available options. He contacted me back the following day with a suitable vehicle for me and having been through the paperwork I had purchased and taken ownership of my new (preregistered) 8 days later. Very friendly service from everyone I spoke to - Michael, Georgia and Rob.

    Brilliant service from start to finish. James kept me informed every step of the way, and even whilst I was in the US ensuring all paperwork was complete so I could collect my car soon after my return, making the journey back to the UK an exciting one. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole purchase was stress free! Now enjoying happy days driving my new 208e in yellow! Brings a smile to my face every time I see it! Thank you for such a positive experience! You were fabulous!

    Bought a car here 1 year ago for my wife through Brian. Sales servi es at the time were excellent and great value for money for the car plus extras thrown in with the sale. No hassle to deal with and 1 year later the car is still running perfectly with no issues in the meantime. Would purchase from here again without hesitation.

    On arrival, I was dealt with promptly and the customer service was excellent - polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The courtesy car met my expectations. This was only an MOT but everything was done smoothly and communication regarding the cost was clear.

    Poor No further communication with Abdul Rahman either. Really really poor!! We have had numerous issues. 1. When we bought the car we were not advised that the next service would be a major one. This, I believe was a serious oversight. 2. When we bought the car we were not advised that the screen touch and maps would expire in 1 year and that the updates would come at a cost for me. 3. When we bought the car we were stated a scratch on the car. We were advised this would be sorted for collection. It wasn’t. We had to collect the car and return it a week later for the scratch to be resolved. 4. We were advised by Lucy Johnson that both updates could be completed by the service team whilst the car was in the garage. I had a call once you had the car to state that this would come at a reduced cost of £100. Needless to day we did not go ahead with this. 5. The V5 vehicle document was not completed and I had to request one online around 2 months ago. This is a major oversight by Snows. I appreciate the issues outlined are not just with the service and MOT but the whole experience has been less than satisfactory.

    My experience of dealing with Snows of Romsey and with James Collier in particular has been a positive one. Whilst James was careful to explain the virtues of the car he was in no way pushy as I have sometimes found in car dealership where the aim seems to be to get you to sign up as fast as possible. We exchanged a few e-mails on the car and he was always helpful in trying to help me to decide what to do. Other factors have prevented me going ahead with the purchase and if those issues are resolved to my satisfaction I would not hesitate in calling on him again.

    Recently purchased an Audi S1 all the way from Wolverhampton! From initial phone call, James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was sent an in depth video of the car so I could check it out before making the long drive there. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a smiling James who sorted us out with a cup of tea. Then a faultless handover followed, explaining each step as we went. Thank you James for such an easy and professional sale.

👍👍 We have now had our car for 4 months and are still really pleased with it. There was a slight issue within the warranty and they sorted it no questions asked. Jason was really helpful and honest and gave us a fair price for our car in part exchange. Definitely would buy from here again!
