Jake is excellent coach. Great communication, on and off court. Instead of overwhelming me with advice, he really keeps you thinking about fundamentals. He followed up our session with useful video clips, which helped me focus on what we worked on. In short, if you are looking to up your consistency , or iron out a dodgy technique, I think Jake's your man.

Jake is not only extremely enthusiastic but prepares professionally for each lesson. He works at the right pace and pushes you on when he sees signs of improvement which builds a good player/coach relationship. He has coached both me and my son to good effect.

Great experience. Very technical and result oriented coaching. We worked on serves, backhands and forehands and made some huge improvements on all fronts. Jake is a great coach who has great drills which translate to matches. He is also very dedicated and encouraging.

I’ve had several lessons with Jake and I think he’s a great coach. He makes sure to create a professional training environment and bring out the best in players due to his wide range of, challenging but effective, drills and encouraging words. His lessons are always nicely planned out allowing us to waste no time whilst in our sessions and also sets goals or tasks that I should carry out, wether is tactically or mentally, during our lessons to help me become a better player and get better outcomes when competing.

Jake is an exceptional tennis coach. He has been coaching my son for the past year and in that time my son’s overall tennis performance has improved substantially. At the group sessions I’ve watched, Jake focuses on one or two skills at a time to give the children time to perfect their form. Jake is also very patient with children and understands how to motivate them with exercises that are both fun and purposeful. I would highly recommend Jake for both individual and group lessons.

Jake has been mine and my 13 year old sons coach for 3 years and has been brilliant. I play once a week and thoroughly enjoy the hours coaching. He easily sees how to make simple changes to improve my game and keeps the lesson fun and effective. With my son he has taken him from a one hour a week lesson to him being so engrossed in the game that he now plays every day and loves it.
