Incredible procedure from Debbie. I'd been having trouble with waxy ears for years and had both treated. She was very professional and friendly and brilliant at her job. Highly recommended anybody to go to her. £60 to hear properly again you just can't beat it!

My experience at Clear Ears was fantastic. Debbie was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. My previous experience of having my ears cleaned, syringing, was so different to this. For me the suction method seems so easy and quick. Recommended.

After waiting eight weeks for an NHS appointment it was unfortunately cancelled because of strike action so I booked an immediate appointment with Clear Ears. I was warmly greeted by Debbie and was show into a very clean and modern surgery. Debbie fully explained the procedure and her friendly manner put me at ease. The procedure was carried out very professionally and was completed in no time. I cannot recommend this service highly enough as the results are amazing. My ears were blocked with impacted wax, I couldn’t hear anything out of my right ear. The wax was removed painlessly using suction and my hearing was restored. Would recommend to anyone the whole process is very professional and painless

After a chat on the phone I booked an appointment for a clean as my ear was blocked. The clinic is easy to find and has a small waiting area available. Everything is ground floor level which is great for anyone with mobility issues. Debbie explained about the noises and how it may feel. The process was very professional and completed quickly with zero pain or aggravation. Would I recommend? Yes I would. Thanks for sorting my ear out 👍

I attended with my elderly mum who has dementia and is wheelchair bound to clear ears. I was very impressed with the professionalism Debbie, the practitioner was with her, she was quite distressed and debbie was quick, and efficient at dealing with mum and put her at ease. My experience of my visit to Clear Ears was excellent. Debbie is very knowledgeable and professional and gave me good advice in trying to manage the blockages in my ears going forward. The procedure of unblocking my ear was pleasant and painless with a check also done on my other ear to give me an idea of how likely I may have issues with it in the near future. I would definitely recommend Clear Ears to anyone who may find themselves with blocked ears and don’t want to wait months for a NHS appointment.

First time visiting Debbie. I’d been experiencing swooshing and fullness in my ease for a month or two. The practice was very clean and professional. Debbie explained everything that was going to happen and even showed me my ears on a camera to explain the blockage. I had microsuction to remove a foreign body. Instantly felt better and haven’t had any swooshing since. I would definitely recommend this service.

I visited Clear Ears earlier today and was made to feel very welcome by Debbie. I had my little boy with me and her interaction with him was fabulous. The procedure was explained to me in a way that put me at ease. The procedure itself was comfortable and quite relaxing to be honest. I would highly recommend Debbie. This review has been made by David Parry; I visited Clear Ears clinic on the 17/10/22. The treatment room was clinically clean, After fully explaining the ear wax removal treatment process Debbie examined both ears and confirmed both were blocked, the wax removal process took some 20 minutes and was painless. The result was fantastic the hearing in both ears had been fully restored. Debbie was very professional and thorough as well as ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Debbie is also an exceptionally nice person.

Debbie was completely professional and explained the whole procedure before starting. The wax removal was completely painless and only took a few minutes. My head and hearing now feel much clearer. I would definitely use Debbie's services again and I'm more than happy to recommend to everyone.

5 star from start to finish. Booking process was really good and I got an appointment quickly. Premises are spotlessly clean and Debbie was warm, professional and friendly. My ears were completely blocked and I could barely hear. Debbie took time to explain the process to me. Throughout the process of clearing my ears, Debbie asked if I was comfortable (I was and felt absolutely no discomfort) At the end of my first consultation, my hearing was back however Debbie wanted my ears to be completely clear so advised more olive oil and a further appointment. Debbie would not take payment at the first consultation as she wanted to be sure my ears were completely unblocked and my hearing was good. I attended a final appointment today and am really satisfied with the service Debbie provided. I had tried to get an appointment with the NHS to get them cleared and it was going to be mid January. I paid £60 in total for the full service and in the future, I will definitely return to Debbie as soon as my ears become blocked. Worth every penny and a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing,I had wax removal in both ears and the improvement is fantastic. Debbie was lovely and great sense of humour,she explained everything and kept checking if all was ok. Not painful or uncomfortable. Would highly recommend if you are struggling with earwax.

The treatment I received was very professional. The procedure was explained fully throughout the treatment which made me feel very confident and comfortable with what to expect. This outcome has been brilliant. I'm now able to hear clearly in both ears, obviously, it didn't happen immediately, it took a few days, but this was explained during my assessment so I wasn't worried.

I can not speak more highly of my experience. Debbie arranged my appointment for within 24 hours from wanting treatment, through a cancellation, so she is very dynamic. The treatment was conducted within around 30 minutes during which we had a very enjoyable chat and I walked out after 30 minutes with my ears as clear as I can ever remember! I couldn't fault the experience in any way.

Fabulous service thoroughly recommend. Easy to book an appointment just ring. Confirmation of appointment sent by email plus a reminder a day or two before your appointment is due. Facilties are immaculate and Debbie is professional and very knowledgeable. Makes you completely at ease if you are a person who worries about medical procedures. Very relaxed and excellent service to have both my ears unblocked.

Absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend. Booking process was quick and easy and as soon as I got there I was seen to straight away. Debbie fully explained everything to me beforehand and throughout the process was constantly checking to see if I was uncomfortable or not. I went to Clear Ears in Standish for the first time. I hadn’t had my ears syringed before and after completing a short questionnaire Debbie explained the procedure. She was professional, friendly and reassuring and put me at my ease. I had both ears checked and syringed. It was completely painless and didn’t take long. The clinic is spotless and I would happily recommend Clear Ears in Standish. Before I had my ears syringed, I had been experiencing a right clicking jaw, particularly when eating. Since the treatment this clicking has disappeared. I don’t know whether this is a coincidence, but I am very happy about it.

Amazing service! I had both ears checked and one ear cleaned. My hearing has been greatly improved from the service. During the procedure I became light-headed (which is normal) at which point Debbie paused the procedure and got me some water. This along with nice, engaging conversation really made me feel looked after. Overall, it was a brilliant service that I would greatly recommend to anyone with reduced hearing!
