I lost my beautiful ginger cat Charlie very suddenly, and couldn't bear the thought of him being left at the vets to be 'disposed' of. He would've been totally alone and without his Mum. So, someone very kindly recommended this place. I spoke to a lovely kind soul called Kate, she explained what would happen when I brought Charlie 🐈 up to them. She explained that we could sit with him for as long as we needed to say our goodbyes, and that he would not be left on his own. This was of great comfort to me, and we drove up the same day, left my boy there and collected him later that evening as promised. The service we received was 2nd to none, and Kate who we dealt with was absolutely fantastic, kind and caring to a fault. When we collected him at just before 6pm the lady that bought him out with his basket was also lovely too. This has helped me immensely with my grieving for my lovely boy Charlie. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to others. The grounds it sits in are so tranquil, and the little room where we spent our last time with Charlie was quiet and peaceful. Treasured friends made this journey a little easier for us to trust that our beautiful 14 year old golden retriever Louis would be looked after and treated like the true gentleman he was. Louis was collected within a hour of us contacting them and returned home the same day in a beautiful casket and his foot print. Compassion and Kindness from start to finish.

These guys are amazing. My wife and I are extremely grateful for the fantastic service from Linda and the team. The passing of our cats Galactus and, recently, Thanos were handled with respect and Treasured Friends make a horrible situation as comfortable as is possible.

I tragically had to say goodbye to my beautiful boy last week. The compassion and empathy shown to my husband and I during this heartbreaking time was exceptional. As a veterinary nurse for over 20yrs, I've dealt with countless owners losing their pets and going through the cremation process. I cannot fault the amazing kindness and service. I wouldn't use anyone else now.

Wonderful and empathetic service at a very difficult time for me and my husband, we went for the cat-shaped urn and it is gorgeous and such nice quality. Having her home has eased some of the pain and Treasured Friends made the entire experience a lot easier.

Couldn’t thank Linda enough from treasured friends! After making a difficult decision to put our boy Louie to rest she kindly got him in at short notice. The support and kindness Linda gave reassured us we left him in the best hands💙 Our Louie dog was so loved and we will never forget the past 8 years of love and laughter he brought to us especially our little boy who grew up with him😢 The grounds of treasured friends was so beautiful and peaceful, we was aloud all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. We lost our beloved Dog Kira on 15/03/2023 she was a loyal, loving, and very caring dog. We had 13 great years together and every minute we will treasure. Our vets dealt with everything and contacted treasured friends who looked after her on her passing and we had her cremated. We received a loverly wooden Casket with her ashes in and is now back home. Thank you Treasured Friends.

My 17yr old female Jack Russell Tink was put to sleep at home on Sunday morning, I rang Treasured Friends to ask ( through loads of tears) if I was able to bring my precious girl over to them when it was all over, the lady on the phone was so understanding and so nice and it was arranged for just before lunch. When I arrived I was encouraged to spend as long as I needed before handing Tink over. The ashes were ready for me to pick up the next day, I had her put in the back of a photo frame just like Gizmo who died 9 months before just short of 17, now they are back together. The whole experience of Treasured Friends was filled with compassion and kindness and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them to any who suffers the loss of a much loved pet.

The care and compassion me and my family received was incredible. Today I received my stunning necklace with our beautiful boy in it. I can’t thank you enough! X

After the shock of losing my beautiful , so loved Diego on Saturday afternoon and living through a traumatic evening , I was lucky to find this wonderful place . They took care of My beautiful boy , were so kind and caring in their approach understanding my grief. On Monday I was told of when his cremation would happen so that it could be marked and today his ashes were back with a lock of his fur and an ink print of his paw. I want to get ashes to glass to make a piece of jewellery and a special measurement was set aside for this and put in a small pouch . I could not thank this family enough for being simply wonderful . Thank you for understanding the extent of the pain and make the journey easier.

On Thursday 27/10 I had one of the worst days of my life when my poor baby Jack was sick and I was told it was the kindest thing for him to be put down. The vet informed me it would he £650 to cremate him which I just didn’t have but she told me about the service Treasured Friends provides. I called them Friday 28/10 and they arranged quick same day collection of Jack. The lady who came to collect my baby was very nice, kind and empathetic. Even though I didn’t want Jack to leave home I felt like he was safe and going to be looked after. Treasured friends gave me comfort in knowing that he would be looked after. He was returned home today (Monday 31/10) and on returning him home again they were kind and empathetic and not pressuring in this sad time at all. I cannot recommend them more it was a fantastic service in a time of heartbreak. Thank you so much.

Amazing service at Treasured friends. My beloved cat was sadly killed when hit by a car, and Treasured friends were recommended to me. They drove out to collect my cat and returned the ashes within a day or two. We were treated with utmost compassion and respect. When the time comes to sadly say goodbye to your pet, I would recommend giving Treasured friends a call.

I cannot recommend Carl, Linda and Kate enough. They have gone above and beyond , even waiting for us to arrive from a very sad journey from the vets with both of our cats that we have lost within 2 months of each other. Knowing that they are coming back home so very soon after their passing was a great comfort. I will be using them for all my other pets as the caring and kind service you get is second to none.
