TERRIBLE, AVOID!! I ordered a mattress for next day delivery from matressesNEXTDAY.co.Uk. All through the booking process I was lead to believe my mattress would be delivered NEXT DAY and even received a email confirmation from the company stating it would be delivered next day! I then received a notification from the courier saying it would in fact be delivered in 4 days time….! When I realised this, I rang to cancel my order and was hung up on, argued with and generally dismissed! When I finally managed to cancel my order I was told I had to pay £45 for cancellation! When I questioned that I had not received the advertised service, I was told to read the small print..! Avoid this company!

We have placed an order with this company for a bed with a mattress on 16th July 2021. Expected delivery was 2-3 weeks. On 1st August we've had communication that the mattress will be delivered on 8th August (this arrived without any problems) and on 2nd August we had another communication asking if they can deliver the bed on 10th August, which we have confirmed as suitable. Fast forward to today (10th August) after no one has showed up by 4pm, I have called the company to enquire if the delivery is still coming, only to be told that "unfortunately" the colour of the bed we have ordered isn't actually in stock. To wait 3.5 weeks, changing our holiday plans to be in for these deliveries and being home waiting for it pointlessly is totally infuriating and cherry on the cake is that we have to keep the mattress that has been delivered. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a Hypnos mattress yesterday afternoon. It was dropped off less than a day later. Great price for a quality product. Easy to deal with and brilliant delivery.

Save your money and nerves, buy from somewhere else! Awful quality mattress, horrendous delivery! I wish I could give MINUS 5 stars to this scammer company! I specifically purchased a mattress WITH air vents and WITH handles for turning! I got a mattress WITHOUT either of these! I did NOT get any message as to when my mattress would be delivered. I tried to contact the company myself, only to have "lauren" close the chat on me TWICE because I dared to have the effrontery to ask when was the mattress going to arive! Customers are treated discourteously by this company, and getting scammed by buying one thing and getting something totally different! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered and paid for a mattress described as ORTHO EXTRA FIRM. It arrived but it is SOFT, not firm in any way or by any interpretation of the phrase "ORTHO EXTRA FIRM". It is made from cheap large squashy springs, that are noisy and soft. I asked to return it but am being told I have to send photos and will have to return it in person to Kent. Order number 78292030.

FRAUDS! Horrible horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are frauds! We received a faulty orthopedic mattress and didn’t know the consequences until 2-3 months later. My mothers back was in severe pain afterwards. Tried to get the mattress refunded but they refused completely. So we tried to sell online but no luck as mattress can have hygiene issues. Contacted the company again and said to take a review as it must be faulty and after many weeks they actually agreed that there is a fault. HOWEVER, they AGAIN refused for a refund. They insisted on an exchange or getting money back as credit to use on THEIR website AGAIN. I no longer wanted to deal with this company and fought with them for a refund but they still refused. So I agreed to the exchange but after picking up the old mattress, they didn’t send a new one!!! All I wanted was a refund but I am stuck with this situation. They are FRAUDS

Amazing service. Order arrived less than 24 hours later! I was kept up to date with delivery times. Cannot fault this business. Would highly recommend and certainly use again. Well done!! :)

Excellent, speedy and efficient delivery. Good quality Reylon mattress ordered last minute due to a faulty mattress being given by Dreams and whilst they were faffing around to sort our refund, we were left with their faulty mattress. Mattress Next Day was a savior for us! So happy we didn't have to wait another 2 to 4 weeks with Dreams and could actually order a decent mattress online, which was delivered the next day. The delivery guys were prompt, efficient and friendly. We are very pleased and would use again and recommend their service. Thank you.

Excellent service. Logistics company used for delivery were also excellent. Delivery options available for a reasonable charge. Website had really great information on the product which wasn’t a direct lift from the manufacturer The insight into the mattress it gave allowed me to make an informed decision about the right mattress for me.

Getting a mattress next day is unheard of! But they delivered and went above and beyond when they got here. The two guys that delivered to me were so respectful and good communicators before delivery. They even took their shoes off to deliver it to the bedroom without me asking. So happy with my purchase too, the bed is exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Identifying the best mattress for our needs was made very simple by their online tool. Ordering was simple and straightforward. Delivery process is a bit confusing though, paid for a specific date and time frame, once order placed then got an email to say their delivery firm would be in touch on the specified date to agree delivery date and time. Will wait and see if it gets delivered later this week as expected. 4 July update, paud for delivery on 29 June, which didnt happen. Contacted firm who advised that as I lived in Scottish Highlands (30 minute drive from Glasgow) they only deliver twice a week. Still had no contact whatsoever from their courier.

Next Day delivery and came within the time frame they specified. Easy to handle as I bought the single size an fascinating to watch it inflate.

The experience I had with buying my mattress from MattressNextDay was beyond satisfactory! The transaction was seamless! I was emailed with updated information right up to the point of delivery! Not something I have experienced with many sellers I have bought from! Delivery was 2days from ordering, I was delighted. The delivery drivers were lovely? Polite, friendly and were a pleasure to have met. Overall… I would highly recommend using this company. The mattress was extremely good quality. Very happy. Thank you. X

Amazing, ordered one and delivered the next day. The mattress is so comfortable, I love the mattress. it's great for people like myself who suffers from arthritis, it gives me the support on my joints. I have wonderful nights now and don't get up next day with my joints aching or my back, or feeling like a cripple. I had the mattress few month now I love it, best choice I made. I've also recommended this matress to a friend of mine. My mattress is medium firm, I'm just glad that I have found the right one for me after purchasing so many mattresses and some I had throw away, does work out very expensive. One out of five mattress was on a trial period for 200 nights which still costs money to return back to the company..The best nights of sleep that I'm having in a long time . The delivery men were friendly and patient, very respectful as I was at work and I wasn't able to pick up the phone on the first call, excellent service

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Excellent choice and value mattresses in stock / Easy to order / Next Day delivery with a 2 hour time slot sent over to you the night before. Driver rings when half an hour away. They take the old mattress away for £39 and delivery your new mattress to the room of your choice for £19. The delivery guys were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The whole experience was quick and stress free. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Easy to order and free next day delivery. No other company was able to beat that. All others were over 4 weeks delivery. Excellent price for a high quality super comfy mattress. Very poor customer service. Ordered a mattress and received confirmation with an estimated 1-2 week delivery time. 4 weeks later - nothing has arrived and there has been zero communication from MattressNextDay. I have sent messages which have not been answered and it is impossible to get an answer on the phone. Might just be my bad luck as I have seen positive reviews on here and still hope to receive what I ordered but I cannot recommend this company.

Needed a bed at very short notice to move my mother into a care home. Divan , matress and headboard delivered next day and taken to second floor room. Products look great and as advertised. Quick to order and given updates on delivery times and call from driver. Very happy with my experience

Fantastic service. Highly recommend. Called this company having been badly let down by someone else. I received fantastic advice and delivery was smooth with confirmation of a 2 hour slot the night before and a call 30 minutes ahead of arrival. 100% reliable.

WARNING, MORE LIKE MATRESS SCAM TODAY. By the time I had made it down the stairs to my door the courier had gone. Called back the num on my phone and they said they can't help me. Had to cancel my order to get it delivered the next day at 45 pounds additional fee. Support was not helpful at all. Use this company and get your. Matress Scam Today!

Staff extremely rude and not accommodating. Although the products have warranty they do not refund you if they are faulty (only within a month) but you have to buy something else from them! Also, you need to wrap the item yourself for return, completely disregarding disabilities or incapacity for whatever reason! Never use them again.. Do not recommend!

Excellent service. Chose the mattress I wanted, ordered and delivered with no fuss the very next day as promised. Couldn’t have expected better. Would definitely recommend.
