Love this place paid a visit this morning . Lovely choice of stone for patio’s etc , we took photos of the stone we liked. Staff very helpful and their advice is taken upon board . Firm is very Covid aware and have signs to make you aware of Covid rules . Price is by square metre and very reasonable and delivery depending which area you live in. We have decided the colour stone we like and have measurements from landscape gardeners . Will be paying another visit here to purchase our choice of stone . Paid another visit here today so pleased we can purchase the amount we need exactly . Third visit to the Stone Masons chose our tiles paid delivery was free. Due to how busy this firm is with orders our landscape gardener will collect middle of next week . So Covid friendly and extremely aware of Covid . Staff are very experienced and polite . Tiles delivered this afternoon cannot wait until work starts tomorrow morning . Work started very early this morning extremely pleased 😀. Work on patio was completed this morning professionally done to a high standard. Thank you Uk Stone limited and Charlie Caller with the help of his father .

Bought 8 slabs of 4 different sizes, happy to put them in the boot of my hatchback. The largest two slabs weighed 28.5 kgs (63 lbs) each and, with a bit of reluctance, someone did put them in the car for me (I only asked for a bit of help). When I got them home I found that these two large slabs were defective so I had to put them back in the car and take them back. They changed them straight away. My reason for the two stars is that not only did I have to take the slabs out of the car myself but also put the new ones in, even though there was a fit young man standing right beside me, doing nothing else, whom I asked for a bit of a hand (I only wanted him to take one end!). He actually said, "I can't do that, sorry", and walked off. I may look like a burly 20-year-old landscaper but I am, in reality, 72 and 10 stone. A bit of customer care wouldn't go amiss. And, to cap it all, I didn't even get an apology for having to return the damaged slabs in the first place! I think I'll go somewhere else in future.

I whent to place one week wanted some slabs got a price that was very good so I left it a week whent to get these slabs and was told they have gone up in price so knowing I need them had know choice but to buy them will not be using these again

A good service with sound advice. Always seem to have what we want and in stock to take away. Deliveries are efficient too. The price is just what we expect so cant be too expensive.

Seen some bad reviews regarding uk stone imports however have had no issues. The price was very fair. The rainbow slabs were a great quality and exactly what we wanted and they delivered exactly when we needed them and the driver was very punctual. We will be a returning customer

The team here are fantastic. John specifically helped me to work out design and how much stone I'd need to complete a project and went way above and beyond what you'd normally expect from a supplier.
