Absolute nightmare experience, couldn't get through on the phone, left several messages with no return call. Eventually got through, told my sons trousers would be ready to collect the next day. When I arrived told they hadn't even been ordered. Especially disappointed, as I live 40min drive away from the shop. Made the whole school uniform more stressful than it needed to be.

Very disappointing, they no longer stock items, therefore everyone is required to order at Tills, making queue and waits over 30 minutes. They need to invest in infrastructure and supply staff with iPads to support ordering. Unorganised and stressful experience!

Paid for an order a month ago was told 7 to 14 working days. A month on and still no school sweatshirts. I rang them and was called back with They are here , but not embroidered, we will let you know when they are ready. Appalling service. Only glad I ordered well in advance.

Again I'm writing another review... Following my previous, I finally managed to sort a refund out yesterday on the phone and today they have stolen nearly £400 from my bank account instead of doing a refund! I am now unable to work today as I cannot purchase materials for the job as they've taken this from my account without authorisation! I called and was told no one is available to sort this out.... this is illegal and this company an absolute joke! They've now cost me a list days work onto of £406 owed to me and another £400 nearly taken from my account today! This company is a disgrace. Contact me urgently to resolve this. As I cannot work, I will be submitting small claims papers today in 2hrs if I do not have a refund within this time.

Not much stock have to wait weeks for some uniform items, thankfully I found another place in Kent, that does school embroidered badges with uniform online.. all done & delivered within a couple of days 10/10

Paid for an order nearly 3 months ago, was told it would be by the end of the week and at most 10-14 days. Chased on the phone countless times, chased with emails. Everytime I was given a different excuse. Delays delays delays..... Still 3 months on I have no order, they have nearly £400 and I've emailed to request a refund and I've had no reply.... starting to think I'm not going to get my money back or my order! Very disappointed. Ordered blazer & rugby top 1st September I was told 7-14 days but I'm still waiting??? I've left messages & sent emails & have had no response back at all. My son needs this for school it's terrible practice.

Went there to get fitted first r my son's secondary school uniform.... The school said there was a scheme in place including money off voucher to help with the cost...... The young chap in the uniform shop said it shouldn't come to no more than "just a little over £100!"..... After the tally up it came to way over £200...... Never felt so embarrassed 😳 and deflated.

Ive been to the shop, called and emailed still no PE top after waiting weeks and paying delivery. The worst experience possible. Last resort this!

Little bit chaotic staff didn't really seam to know what they were doing it was very busy but lacked organisation

The team are so helpful here. Super-patient, multi tasking and all this with a gazillion children running around. I felt looked after from the point I asked for some help to the point of leaving the shop. Excellent place to set your little one up on the right path to big school uniform.

Took 7 weeks to get my daughters blazer in stock. Did not call and when we did they spelt the surname differently each time so could never find the order. Customer service attitude was lacking as we clearly have to shop with them and they know that and in turn no longer care.

I emailed the shop asking if there was anyway I can shop quietly when not so busy as I need to social distance as I am awaiting surgery. The way I was treated was above and beyond, such lovely helpful staff. Thank you so much

Helped us no end when I forgot my walking stick, so I sent my daughter in alone. They helped her find the right size blazer, and were helpful through the whole process. Definitely recommend them again.

School clothes are expensive where ever you go. At least they always have a generous stock and can order in if not

The school shop has a scheme where you paid 10 00 and if your child grows alot they will let you go up a size or you can pay off for things which help alot with blazer or p e things.
