What a fantastic new store from wickes in Wisbech , this store has every thing including a out side with fantastic helpful service from the staff , this store has a upstairs fully kitted out including staff to use CAD to build your designs , store has a lift for push chairs and wheel chairs has access to the store for all abilities . Has 4 disabled spots and has toilet facilities disabled and baby changing facilities too. Plus they do not have baby trolleys only let down but dosnt effect this review .

Did an online click and collect order. Nice easy transaction and all ready and waiting for us when we got there. We had to take our trailer s it was a large bulky item and they even had car / trailer parking which made it so much easier.

Absolutely excellent service from Wickes in Wisbech. Ordered 8 bulk bags of sand, gravel and sub base. They guy who dealt with me was great and answered all my questions. Really very happy. Just waiting for my delivery in two days time 👍

They are expensive and limited. I bought a set of screwdrivers, didnt last for long, disappointin.

Good store, plenty of available stock but disappointed they didn't have what we needed, however, that is not to say that the same could be said of all their products. They are a great store with most of what you require for home/work projects. Equipment, tools, pretty much everything you need.

Just wanted to thank all concerned in designing and fitting my new kitchen. I’m absolutely delighted. Thanks so much to everyone involved from planning to fitting.

I would just like to say a massive thanks to James and Sue in the kitchen department. What absolute stars you both are and a credit to WIcks. From designing our new kitchen bathroom and utility to supplying you both have been fantastic. Yes we have had a couple of little issues on route, but thanks to you both you have resolved them well. Thanks so much again for everything you have both done.

Looking at bathrooms and the salesman was not interested in our needs. Left brochure and walked out. Will not use Wisbech store again.

I called this store in wisbech to be told thay do do what I'm looking for so I went in to the store to be told we don't have it in store what a lot of running round for nothing not happy with the starff in there at all

It was really well laid out I was able to find everything I wanted I would recommend this place to anyone

They'd got what I wanted, nuff said.

Poor service. Staff ordered doors by mistake, as we didn't know as it is unfinished item, we returned it to shop. Shop manager was rude, talked in high volume voice and after discuss and laugh about us with shop staff. Other lady was nice and help with new order.

Ample parking, well laid out and tidy store and just across the road from macd if you fancy a quick snack

Having a kitchenfitted and fitter cosyhome improvements walked out . Now waited 2 weeks no date when new fitter will come , I have no sink, cooker 2 young children at home. Not happy
