Had my iPhone screen replaced this afternoon. Friendly, polite service & great price. Phone works perfectly again. Great job, will return if need be in the future

Called into the shop today, with my grandsons phone, the screen was damaged and not turning on, he had stayed with us over Xmas and was due to go home to Essex later today. After reading the reviews, I took his phone to Phones R Us, The staff were friendly, shop is clean and very well organised, I explained the problem and the time scale I had, they immediately got to work on the phone, they managed to carry out a repair by swapping the screen and main board to a donor phone, meaning my Grandson would still have all of his Apps and Games. I am really impressed, and will certainly go back to these guys in the future. Made my Grandson very happy, and at a fair price. Cheers Guys.

The staff were really frie ndly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, however, the first screen that was replaced left me with no GPS signal, they kindly had it back in for another 24hrs, replaced the screen again, still didn't work properly but ga ve me my money back, thank you

I must say, I walked away from here astounded with this little shop. It's well stocked, with friendly and helpful staff and the turnaround was fast. I cannot fault the service I received and this will be my go to repair shop from now on. Best in the area. Thoroughly recommend.

My sons iPad was smashed and losing charge fast due to water damage. For an amazing price less than £100 it is now as good as new. Also fixed it quite quickly for us so the boy could get back to his tablet asap. Happy kids= a happy mum. Thank you guys

Took my gaming pc to the shop because it kept switching itself off the people in the shop was very friendly and took my pc had it fixed within 48 hours fair price and very helpful I’d 100% recommend this shop to anybody either buying electronics or wanting them repaired

Ive have 3 separate issues with different devices and they have all been fixed quickly and at a reasonable price if you contact them on facebook they are brilkiant at messagi g you back. This shop is definitely my new go to for mobile and computer based issues I cannot fault this shop. They definitely know what they are doing and are so kind and helpful 5 stars great litttle shop to have in the town highly recomended.

Had my s20+ 5g camera replaced here. Quick service and turnaround on ordering required parts. Had it replaced while I waited. Was very patient with trying multiple solutions to get me the cheapest fix, even went the extra step offered to replace my broken glass rear panel + lens cover.

Amazing service, dropped my phone in with a faulty screen today, nipped over the road for a cheeky pint while I waited, was done in no more than 15mins. Complete new screen and only £15! Will deffo be using for all future phone repairs.

The owner is a genuine guy I've had a few issues with a phone that I have bought and he's bent over backwards to help fix the issue. Unfortunately it's doing something else now and he said he will replace the phone when he has stock in the next few days. All in all a very positive experience.

Used this shop today. I couldn't connect my phone to the charger they cleaned the connection point that had become blocked sorted the problem at no charge. Would recommend.

My experience with this business could not be better! I messaged for a quote for a (very) smashed iPad and received a very helpful answer within minutes. I took the iPad to the shop to be looked at and was very impressed with the customer service received. The man in the shop said he would look at the iPad and if it couldn’t be fixed there would be no charge. The next morning I had a phonecall to say it had been fixed. It was really badly damaged but when I picked it up was as good as new! Wonderful service from start to finish - cannot recommend them enough!
