We had so much fun! It honestly was the highlight of our trip to Cornwall! Matt and Lee were very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very safe with them and I felt they really did a great job leading us to cool jumps and allowing everyone to go at their own pace. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about it! A must do for anyone outdoorsy visiting Cornwall! Simply amazing. Both instructors were incredibly friendly and passionate. They adapted the route to suit all needs and the conditions, challenging those who were after high jumps and thrills and catering to those happy being slightly lower down. Felt incredibly safe at all times yet they maintained that feeling of adventure often missed in todays climate of red tape and risk adverseness! An amazing experience thank you Matt & Lee. We had a lot of fun to climb on the cliffs and jump into the sea. It was very exiting and a great experience. The COASTERING team was very kind and patient and explained everything very well. We felt very safe the whole time. Great adventure!!

We joined Matt and Alex for an adventure along the Cornish coast and this was by far 1 of the most full filled activities we've participated in and probably will during our stay. This is perfect for families looking for the fun factor with teenage children, providing fun for the whole family and testing each and everyones personal limits along the way! It's not something I'd have booked for myself (until now) and was in fact the brilliant idea of my 12yo daughter who asked to do coasteering as part of her special trip to Cornwall this weekend. A fantastic afternoon for my 15yo son and I. An amazing location (Praa Sands), great equipment (wetsuits kept us warm for the whole duration), and a chilled yet very professional experience with the 3 instructors, Matt, Lee and Jez. Every jump was optional and we felt safe and assured throughout, but it was superb fun! If you're in Cornwall looking for some excitement, look them up!!

I went with my 7 year old son on the beginners climbing day. Our instructor Karen was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. We managed to get in lots of climbs throughout the day and we both managed routes we didn’t think we could do. We felt incredibly safe throughout at a spot with great views. I would thoroughly recommend trying this for a family day out as well as recommending Kernow Coasteering.

Had a great time with Matt and Jamie of Kernow Coasteering in rough weather but made it all the more fun and made to feel safe for the less daring. Clear information prior to arrival and suitable hire equipment. A few scrapes on hands and ankles from barnacles and sharp rocks. Look forward to seeing the photos!

My partner and I did the beginner rock climbing course and it was amazing! We genuinely can't think of any way it could have been made better. This was in large part due to our instructor Tom, who was incredibly enthusiastic, encouraging and friendly. You could tell that he was enjoying what he was doing, which made it all the more fun! We're really keen to do another course whenever we're next in Cornwall!

The coasteering was fantastic and so much fun. The whole cliff jumping experience was the perfect mix of exhilarating and challenging. Even in tough choppy weather conditions (which also made it even more enjoyable and hectic!), the team were super helpful and supportive the whole 3 hours. We all had a phenomenal time and can’t recommend Kernow Coasteering enough! Thanks a lot!

We had a fantastic experience with Kernow Coasteering at Praa Sands. Matt and the rest of the team were very professional, we felt safe despite the considerable challenges we faced. They were laid back enough for the atmosphere to remain fun throughout, though. The location was superb, and the route took us exploring through caves and narrow passages between the rocks. Plenty of jumps too, of course, with enough height and technical difficulty that nobody in our group felt they hadn't been both physically and mentally challenged. We had a superb time and can thoroughly recommend this activity.

Matt and the team are expert guides of the Cornish coastline! They will help the group clamber across rocks, swim from point to point, and do some incredible jumps! They’re very attentive and will ensure everyone is safe and enjoying themselves. The coastline is really special and it’s a great way to experience what Cornwall has to offer. On one of our trips we also had a seal come and see what we were up to! Always recommend Kernow Coasteering to anyone that is in the area. We’ve been a few times and will continue to book when we can!

This is the third time of joining Matt and his team on a thrilling coasteering experience. 10 of us (a mixture of children and adults) have taken part in thrilling jumps and swims along the beautiful Cornish cliffs and coastline which are not accessible from the beaches. Over the last 5 years Matt and his time have provided exhilarating experiences for myself, family and friends and in a safe and happy environment. I don't believe you will find a more accommodating or friendly group to explore the Cornish coastline and cliffs. Go on take the plunge and have ago you won't be disappointed.

A really exciting first venture into Coasteering for our family. Matt was able to ensure that we could all participate despite some of us being far less confident than others. At every jump there was a lower option and we all felt well challenged and very well looked after. A fabulous experience!

A brilliant and exhilarating 3 hour coasteering session. Our group was a mixture of adults and children aged 9-14. Matt and the team were easy to find in the car park and expertly guided us round the route. We always felt safe. The wetsuits kept us all warm throughout. There was always a mixture of jumps at each stop which satisfied the needs of all or our group. I would thoroughly recommend Kernow Coasteering.

My daughter and I went out with Matt and Jamie and a group of 9 others yesterday, our third coasteering excursion with Matt. Matt has been doing this for 10 years or more and knows the best places to jump and test your nerve, and all the little caves and swim through to explore. We had another amazing time, the jumps are exhilarating and the sea was rough at times which made some of the jumps even more exciting and adventurous. We were within 10 feet or so of an inquisitive seal at one point, and saw a few nesting and fishing shags. Will definitely be back for more. Thanks Matt and Jamie for great memories.

The start of our first time in Cornwall and the highlight of the trip! We booked on to do coasteering at Lands End and I’m so glad we did! The views were incredible, an exhilarating and thrilling experience. Matt and Lee were very knowledgeable and informative and made us feel at ease the whole time, making sure we were comfortable with each jump. (There’s a lot!) We were lucky enough to have a private tour which made it even more special. Would highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant session scrambling, swimming and jumping off the Cornish coastline. All the jumps were voluntary and there was a good variety of heights with a couple of rather challenging jumps me and my two sons thought we’d try… some other time 😂 Thanks to the Kernow team for providing expert guidance. All three of us would definitely come back for more.

My 16 year old son and his friend had the best time! They loved exploring this beautiful coastline from a different angle! Well equipped, well briefed and well taken care of. Their highlight was the huge jump, and being able to see down to the ocean floor clearly even when it was 12m below them!!!
