Helpful and friendly staff, and efficient return for an unused item that didn't fit our purpose (purchased from Exeter branch). Excellent range of products at better prices than other places. We will be here again!

Margaret T served me today and was very helpful and patient, definitely ‘over and above’ service. I was pleased to find everything I wanted, at a fair price, and I really appreciated being served by a woman in a builders merchants - a pleasant change. I’m used to good service and good value there and Margaret T was welcoming as well as efficient.

I went to toolstation Penzance to grab a few waste pipe bits but really wasn't too sure on sizes. I was served by Francesca B who was fantastically helpful, polite and made sure I had everything I needed. I wish all toolstation had a Francesca B!

Have always found the staff extremely helpful & courteous. I was served by Stephanie & Zoe (I may have that name incorrect?). Had a faulty flexible hose & my husband had thrown receipt away, but they managed to locate item on our account & dealt with effectively & refunded me. George has also been amazing in helping us with plumbing questions & having to swap parts for alternatives. I imagine we were real pains but no member of staff has ever made us feel like that but have gone out of their way to help. It’s somewhere we shop regularly & that’s not just about the price but also the service

Went to Toolstation Penzance for kitchen sink fittings. I was unsure what I needed but Assistant 'Pete' put me right. He was so helpful and sincere in his advice. Excellent service - well done Pete!

The two females that helped me this afternoon need to be paid far more they were so helpful as I was not sure which products would be best for my project. They looked in your book and fetched several items until I worked out which was best products for my needs. Again I praise their help top customer focus team I’ve ever had.

My kitchen tap needed replacing and I decided to do this myself. It's not as straightforward as it looks on YouTube! Had a few issues but Toolstation where great, particularly Margaret, what a wonderful helpful lady. Amazing customer service. Thank you. 😊

Absolutely outstanding by Chris and Susie. Emergency situation where whilst on holiday, the car window regulator broke and the window stuck down! Although Euro car parts was next door, we used tools Toolstation as I feel the quality of tools were better. Chris let us stay in the car park whilst we took the door card apart using the purchased tools and with the help of Chris' strength, managed to jimmy the window up and tape it in place. He also knew how to replace the part by drilling out certain rivets but this is a job for after our holiday! Phenomenal customer service by both members of staff and generally lovely people! Thank you so much for helping us out!

Went in with the sander today that I needed discs for. I asked for advice on the best type of discs for the job I needed and was told they're not allowed to give recommendations. So he opened the page of the catalogue I needed and stood on silence whilst I tried to figure it out. I was recommended to go to Screwfix by a friend who knows more about these things, so I'll go there or an independent shop for a less bizarre and more personal service next time .
