Convenient location for both the Scillionian and the Hellicopter. Secure and well looked after site. Very user friendly and easy to deal with - Richard could not have been more helpful when our travel plans changed last minute due to the weather. Would highly recommend!!!

I've parked with Scilly Parking for a number of years and they have been superb every time. This year they were exceptional. At the last minute I had to ask Richard to arrange for an emergency clean. This he did, so when I returned from Scilly it was pristine. I cannot recommend Richard and his team more highly. Thank you.

Very personal service from Richard and Oscar. We changed our plans and flew back to Lands End instead of by sea on the Scillonian. No problem for Richard. Drove our car from Penzance to the airport for us to drop him back off in Penzance. Very impressed.

Booked IOS parking to look after our car while we had a holiday on the Isles of Scilly. Excellent service when I booked with good advice. On the drive down I received a phone call from Richard at IOS parking to say the the next days sailing of The Scillonian had been cancelled due to mechanical issues. He put us on to the steamship company with advise to try and book on a flight which we were able to do. We lost none of our holiday on the islands. No one else contacted us to explain the situation, our holiday company merely booked us on the next sailing without telling us. The service from IOS parking when we docked was excellent and we were on our way in no time. This is a company that goes that extra mile to keep the customer happy and I would not hesitate to recommend them if you wish to leave your car whilst you have your holiday.

Web site happily took my booking and payment when I specified my desired arrival and departure times. Only when I received confirmation did it become clear that the parking was closed at my desired times. I immediately requested a refund as I needed to make alternative arrangements. Despite various attempts to contact the company I have had no reply and no refund.

Amazing service! On arrival the parking was slick and organised ( all that you need when trying to catch a ferry! ) and you felt you were leaving your car in safe hands. On return collection at the ferry port was perfect, waiting for us and took minutes to get back to the car. The stand out point was posting a lost fleece back to us! I couldn't recommend Richard and team highly enough. We shall certainly be booking again. Thank you.

Really pleased with the service from these guys after we booked at short notice. Brought us back to Penzance from Lands End after our flight was cancelled without charging for the return journey and went above and beyond in helping us to find alternative transport to get to the islands the same day. They were also very helpful in trying to locate my partner's purse which she thought she'd left in the shuttle (she hadn't). Would definitely recommend.

These guys went above and beyond in their service. Due to difficult circumstances, we had to cancel and re-book a number of times, but Richard and his team were always understanding, adaptable, and helpful with our changing circumstances. This is a great service. The parking is conveniently position around 1 mile from the centre on the right side of town for leaving when you return. When I arrived back they were waiting with 3 mini buses and I was off while most other providers were still waiting. Convenient, flexible, great service, would definitely use them again.

We travelled out by Scillonian and back by Helicopter. Outstanding service both ways. Will defiantly use again.
