Fantastic service. I called the night before to make an appointment as soon as possible and Mr. Hibbert happily accommodated us with an appointment for the very next day. When we arrived we were greeted and felt so welcomed. Everything was explained in detail and an opportunity for questions was given. They then applied the anesthetic cream and we waited for 15 minutes in a private room so I could nurse my baby as he became a little distressed (as he always does when we take off his nappy). Then they came and took my baby for the procedure. They came back in 5 minutes and baby was a little distressed but soon calmed down when I nursed him again. They then checked him after some time and showed us the double nappy method and how to apply the gauze with Vaseline. Everything was straight forward and they did extra checks to make sure he was fine before we left as we came from far away. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, as a mother who is very anxious, I felt reassured and the procedure was done very well and my baby was healed after about 7-10 days all in all. The communication after the procedure was great and there was a 24/7 on-call if needed. Would 100% recommend and will return in the future God willing.

Had my older son done with the Hibbert family too. Baby had his procedure when he was a few weeks old and it went amazingly well. He healed quickly. The Hibbert family are lovely people and are trustworthy. Baby is now 1 and everything looks good. I would highly recommend. Dr Bebe Kolawole

Best customer service I have received so far. They are very professional and also very flexible with the appointments and timings which as a parent was really helpful but above all was the process, as they make it very easy and safe for the parent. Because is a hard process thinking about but it ! they really make it easy for us and also did a perfect job. Also the follow up process after was really great. I first used Dr Charles and the team in lockdown 2020 for my first son. The service was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have asked for more. They were so attentive and professional and kind. The aftercare was great and they made sure to check on how our baby was doing and to answer any queries or issues we had. Our son healed so quick and we had no worries with him at all. I have been recommending the team to family and friends. We didn’t hesitate to use them for our second son earlier this year. Fantastic all round.

This clinic was referred to us by a friend. As a mother, I felt very anxious about the whole procedure (only son) but I was wrong to feel that way as Mr Hibbert and his assistant made us feel reassured and comfortable throughout. A fantastic service! Will be recommending and have been recommending them to everyone. Yaakov was incredible with Ibrahim both before, during and after the procedure. The aftercare is second to none. Immediate responses to WhatsApp messages and clear instructions on how to proceed and progress. Priced very reasonably for a home visit and they come prepared with a foldable table and everything... all you need is two nappies and a bottle of milk ready. Thanks very much for the service!

As a single mum, I was really dreading the procedure, however, Doctor Charles and his team were very efficient, clean and reassuring. The procedure was done within minutes, my boy was round 9 days old and only cried for a few minutes. The after care was explained to me very thoroughly and has healed nicely since with no issues. I definitely recommend this team.

This review is way overdue. I can't fault the service from Hibbert Baby Circumcision. We had a home visit booked with them last year (2022) when my little boy was born. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, supportive and very helpful. The whole process was explained clearly before going ahead. It was a swift process and the after care was fantastic. Charles continued to ask for updates once it was done and was available whenever needed. The process they use is so much better than the ring/plastibell method and healing time was much much faster in comparison to my first born who was done elsewhere. Highly recommended. Had a procedure done for my 3 week old. It was done at the comfort of my own home and within 5 minutes the doctor came out the room with my baby. As soon as I hols the baby to stopped crying. The aftercare was amazing with the help of the doctor. The baby only cried when he peed the first time but was fine after. The wound was healed within 3 days. Great service if I have another son I will definitely do it with the same doctors again. Highly recommended 👌

Doctor Charles and his team were really nice. The procedure lasted less than 2 minutes. I was also able to ask questions and seek advice even days after the procedure as they are always available to answer my queries any time of the day. He also advised me to update him about baby's health and healing which shows me that they care. Baby's wound has healed nicely with no issues at all. I was very scared of the process for my baby but these guys were awesome. Circumcision was very smooth, done within 30 mins and we were out of the door. Baby cried for a few minutes and they had very good instructions for aftercare. Baby got healed by day 3, as the gauze fell off. I will recommend them very strongly.

The explanation was detailed, and our questions were professionally answered with pictures for assurance. The procedure happened with a speed of light. The instructions were explicit. We flew from Switzerland to have our son have his procedure here as the reviews were amazing and I can now leave my own review to say the reviews where not exaggerated! The aftercare was amazing and we felt looked after and supported. Cannot recommend the more especially if it's your first time doing a similar procedure for your son. Also come as early as possible we came at 10 months old and were told the earlier the better and we will definitely keep this in mind if we have any other sons.

We took baby into clinic and were welcomed in straightaway. We were shown into a room and the procedure was explained thoroughly and we were made to feel at ease. Baby was taken into treatment room and was back in my arms 5 minutes later where we checked baby together and aftercare information was given. This has to be the best service I've received so far, quick response to messages regardless of the time it was sent. I was nervous about the procedure but the doctors (brothers) were so friendly,everything was explained in details. After doing my own research, I decided to go with Charles Hibbert for my sons Circumcision. I cannot recommend Charles and his clinic enough and I’m so glad that I made the 2 hour journey to go there. They made the whole process as smooth as possible and explained everything thoroughly. They made us feel welcome and spoke to us before the procedure to calm our nerves and then took our son and brought him back within 5 minutes. They provide you with an aftercare kit and also explain everything in person and are available via text 24/7. I don’t think anywhere else in the UK offers a service like this. I 100% recommend everyone to use the service that Charles provides, great people and great customer service.
