I'm genuinely surprised there's no 'Curves' section in the majority of NI stores, like there are in the south. A little bit messy & the store wasn't that busy. OK overall

music in new look shop is far too loud, was having to slightly shout to the cashier. made me want to walk out and not buy anything because it was so loud as well as distracting. has nice quality clothes and good dressing room, friendly staff but the loud pumping music is the only problem.

This is a beautiful building. Extremely clean and bright. Lots of shops all different. I think they could do with more seating for customers walking through the building when your older you do need to rest here and. There. Great parking and it's Free. Good for wheelchairs and you have excess to the main town of Antrim. I definitely will go back again.

I was in getting 2 ITEMS for my wife i took in a carrier bag that had items from Boots in the bag i got the items put them in the bag went paid but as i walked out the alarm went off. As i went back to the checkout and person took the items out of the bag and i showed her what boots products told her that that The 2 security guards and person at the door have no right to see what i buy for ive stole nothing.So as i went out the alarm DIDNT GO OFF FOR IT WAS A TRICK TO SEE IF ID STOLE ANYTHING.ONLY FOR MY WIFE REQUESTING WHAT SHE WANTED AND FROM WHERE ID HAVE TOOK THEM BACK AND GOT REFUND.DISGRACEFUL.

Well lit, clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Selling ladies wear and a small area for girls clothes. This store is not the biggest but holds a good range. Also has shoes and accessories lingerie. Fitting rooms are at back of the shop. Wheelchair friendly. Toilets located approximately 4 mins away in the centre

Called in to pick up a parcel, and get a few other items, both the girls at the tills were delightful! Really friendly and helpful, excellent customer service 👍 👌

Amazing mall. You can find all that you need. Good vibes and pleasent atmosphere.

Saw in the window sizes up to 22. When in store couldn't find one item in the size 20 or 22. Sale items were displayed poorly. No individual sizes shown. It was up to you to search for sizes. As I couldn't find size 20 in the main store I had no incentive to go through rail after rail after rail of clothes. Very disappointed. Would not go again.

You can be lucky and get some bargains. Always have a look for grandchildren.
