The female nurse answered the phone and had to be the most unpleasant woman I've ever spoke to. Instead of helping she proceed to tell me what i was doing wrong and telling me to go for a covid test which I explained i have, rather than help she made the situation worse. Someone needs to refresh her people skills, and people wonder why the hospitals are fill rather than go to a GP.

An absolutely horrible and abrupt woman answered the phone. She was rude and snappy, people are calling this service because they are sick, and she refused to even help because she said my surgery was open, even though it's closed because I'd called it already. Rude, horrible and unprofessional. She needs some training in customer service and basic human interaction especially since she is dealing with vulnerable people.

Excellent, arrived at 2am with my 2 year old who was unwell. The doctor and his colleague were excellent at examining my son and gave him medication to help him. Very grateful. Thank you.

it is better not to need a doctor or dentist to die for days .... You can't need an dentist urgently because you miss your teeth and they say they he can't receive you and treat your teeth.

Had severe tooth ache and was seen by two lovely dentists down in the dalriada.so grateful that they helped me especially on Easter Sunday. Couldn’t of got better service. They had me at ease and took care of my pain. Fab service

Horrible pain in tooth for 4 days, phoned today and the lovely dentist and her assistant had me fixed within half an hour. So grateful, thank you!

I rang earlier for my mother in-law, and spoke with a lovely nurse named Claire, One of the nicest people I ever could have got! More than helpful, what a gem. Thank you Claire, if everyone in the world was as nice as you, it would certainly be a better place! I cannot thank you enough! Dr Crawford, then called out to check the patient over. What a fantastic, helpful doctor, he made the patient feel at ease straight away. I honestly believe that his presence and patience made her feel better. Thank you again to you both! Colette

Great service,receptionist well mannered and polite,dentist rang back and was lovely and had me sorted with a antibiotic sent straight to the chemist for me.i couldnt have a bad word to say about this service we are privileged to have it.

Great service has helped me with my medication when my surgery hadn’t bothered to send over my script to the pharmacy with medication you’ve been in for 16 years and get bad withdrawal symptoms when you even miss one tablet thanks to this service for understanding this issue and getting me my medication ❤️
