Most disgusting workplace what I seen ever. Unschooled management, they shouting with people, if something wrong. Many employee doesn't speak english well. To be forbidden bring drinking water to department, they don't care if you are thirsty. Can't stop just for a second to say hello to your friend. And if you have any problem, supervisor don't wanna find solution, just say: you should leave. Dirty, dusty, so different like other warehouses. Worst experience ever.

I have only worked at DSV through an agency for just about a week. I have Cerebral palsy hemi plegia (right side) and to say this place doesn’t accommodate for anyone with physical limitations is an understatement. I have had the displeasure of working under the night shift manager, Tim. Who thought he could belittle me in front of everyone at the start of our shift only last night (27th July 2022) stating that “If I couldn’t do the work he’d find someone who can”. I have always prided myself on my work ethic. I will always Graft and do the best I can. I will confidently say I am perfectly capable of doing the job that I’ve been assigned here for the past week. It’s down to the absolute shocking management skills and lack of people skills on the management side that has led me to write this review. Anyone with ANY physical limitations should steer far away from DSV as you will not be valued nor will you be given fair targets to accommodate for your condition. I will be making an official complaint to the high management. Furthermore the warehouse is in shocking condition, boxes are everywhere, trip hazards across all floors. Anyone who works there will tell you that the 2nd floor for new balance looks like a bomb site.

I worked in this place for the space of 2 weeks all I can say is I see lots of discrimination towards certain people in the warehouse DSV Raunds should look at the people close in there departments running the shifts best thing I done is walk out and leave this company behind.

On the whole DSV isn't the friendliest place to work and working under agency I felt that you are slightly marginalised. What I mean by this is that the initial work was to unload containers, the other workers were on longreach (arguably less strenuous work) however whilst expected to carry on unloading the rest of the non-agency team would go out for a coffee/cigarette whereby you are not included. Warehouse work is generally monotonous but the least that can be incorporated is involvement and fairness.

Nice staff and quick loading. Would have given 5 🌟 if they had shower facilities for drivers. DSV are a huge company and better facilities would be appreciated.

Supervisors and team leaders are bullies. Will swear and call names at members of staff. Certain people get away with murder using phones while operating reach trucks. Toilets are never working and no ppe given for container workers. Will do well there if your a woman. Or do jobs for people on the side.

As location is good but for working is not good

DSV RAUNDS. What can I say about this place, I've worked for the company probably over 7 years now...! It's getting better year by year the conditions of getting better, but there is space to inprove more.

Very polite people work here at least to me. Fast swap and drop.

Easy to get in but communication was a bit off as i waited an hour on the wrong bay, whilst they loaded the trl i was taking on another bay no one told me it was drop and swap but all good in the end.
