I had a disappointing experience at Granger. The food quality was poor, with tasteless dishes that lacked any creativity. The service was equally disappointing, as the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. On top of that, the prices were unjustifiably high for such lackluster offerings. Despite the cafe's Instagram hype, I was shocked to find the place packed with customers. It's disheartening to see how misleading social media can be when it comes to the actual quality of a place. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience. To make matters worse, my drink arrived cold, even though I specifically requested it to be extra hot. It's frustrating when simple requests are not met. Adding to the disappointment, we felt rushed during our entire visit. The staff seemed eager to seat the next guest, and we were nudged to leave before we could even finish our meal. This lack of consideration for their customers' experience only added to the overall dissatisfaction with this cafe.

I have visited this place on December 2021 twice. Both times it was crowded and long wait. It gives you an indicator that this is really great food, and it is. We order banana hotcakes , poached egg, avocado and sour dough. My first time here was very pleasent, food was good, staff was kind even in rush hour. - My second time wasn't as good. The food was good, but service wasn't. I don't want to be rude, but I don't like when I ask for a specific thing and someone tries to tell me otherwise, i asked for well done poached egg and I somehow I got explained that the method of how they cook it won't be soggy, and I don't have to ask for well done. But I always say "well-done" just in case. Also, we had a situation with the orange juice, it had a bug inside it, and we know these things happens, so we asked to replace it and we been informed that this wasn't a bug it was "fruit fly 🙄", we are not native English, so I don't think this correction was necessary, just replace it and call it a day. You can see it in the pic just zoom on the orange cup. _ It's not quiet place, it's loud so if your sentive to voice, takes measures. - For cleanliness I'd probably give 2/5, because when I sit i can see leftover or crumps of food on the chair and table.

If you're looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch spot, then you absolutely have to check out this restaurant. The banana hotcakes are an absolute must-try, and they are worth the hype. These hotcakes are an amazing combination of texture and flavor that will leave you feeling satisfied and happy. Aside from the hotcakes, the savory options are also great. The menu has a wide variety of choices to suit every taste, and the portions are generous. Whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory, there's definitely something for everyone. One thing that sets this restaurant apart from others is their electronic queue system. It's a convenient way to save time and avoid waiting in line, and it adds to the overall modern and streamlined feel of the restaurant. But what really sets this place apart is the quality of the food. Every dish is made with care and attention to detail, and it really shows in the flavors and presentation. The ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, and everything is cooked to perfection. All in all, this restaurant is a must-visit if you're looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot. With the amazing banana hotcakes, delicious savory options, and electronic queue system, you're sure to have a wonderful dining experience.

They did it again, have visited all the other ones in London and they still keep surprising me in a good way. Yes, it can be tricky to get a table especially on a Sunday like today. But wow the wait is worth it. Super professional service, nice vibe and they food is out of this world. See you soon again.

Before we came we think it was better than this flavor! Maybe because we put high expectations and when we came it looks different! The scramble egg was so buttery and no flavor on it, the pancakes was good, but I will not come back again, there is better than this breakfast in London.

Lovely breakfast which we loved to the extent we had to come here three times during our 12 days stay in London, the hot cakes they service is super delicious , the service was slightly slow , the black coffee they serve is slightly smaller than average , just like a slightly big espresso cup ! Be prepared for some waiting time if you don’t come early enough

To be honest I really expected MORE from the famous ricotta hotcakes. But to me they were pretty average. They tasted alright but nothing special. They also came in a bit cold. I also tried the scrambled eggs with avocado and garlic mushrooms. I would definitely choose this over hotcakes. And the garlic mushrooms were amazing as well as sourdough bread from dusty knuckle! Matcha latte wasn’t bad but something wasn’t right about it (maybe I didn’t really like their almond milk). The portion was also ridiculously small.

Been here multiple times and never was exceptional or anything, but was fine. Our brunch today though… I will not be returning. Service was mediocre, the server in the front seemed uninterested in serving us, there was no greeting from anyone. Food was very mediocre, I can understand it is busy during Sunday brunch but quality should never be neglected. You can just tell no care went into the service or the food. My food wasn’t even placed in the centre of my plate…? Considering the price for my scrambled eggs, sourdough and two sausages for £16.5 and service charge on top of this. The only word to describe everything— inadequate.

Had a nice time at Granger & co. We had lunch and we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. The staff was very nice and the hostness made our experience even better with her friendly personality. We had salad and pancakes, beer and sparkling wine. Beerglass was chilled and the food was good. Highly recommend!👍🏻

This is such a cute setting in Pavillon road. We got the burger, chicken schnitzel, ricotta hot cakes, avocado toast, and grilled cheese. The lattes are amazing! It’s such a cute spot for brunch or lunch and is much calmer in the evening.

Granger & Co. - Worth a visit I had to review my dining experience at Granger & Co. in Sloane Square for an editor, and I thought it was worth sharing my thoughts here as well. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm smile, and a well-located table was promptly prepared for me. The menu and a glass of water were brought to my table right away, although it did take approximately 31 minutes for a staff member to come and take my order. Even though I indicated that I was dining alone, I was served two glasses of water. I'll give the benefit of the doubt, assuming the delay may have been due to a misunderstanding, thinking I was expecting someone else. The server, who was dressed in a green shirt and likely part of the management team, was polite and professional, though not particularly outstanding. I noticed that breakfast was still available for me to order, even though the usual time limit had passed. This was considerate, as I had arrived on time, but my order was served later. My coffee arrived promptly, within 3 minutes, and the table was set with cutlery and napkins a few minutes later. The food was served within 15 minutes, and it was a delightful experience in terms of taste, quality, and portion size. In terms of pricing, Granger & Co. offers affordable options. The eggs and sourdough cost £8.5, and adding bacon is an additional £4.5, making the plate £13 in total. With a £3.4 flat white and a 12.5% service charge, the total bill came to £18.9, which I found reasonable. After settling the bill, I appreciated that I wasn't rushed to leave my table, especially in a bustling area like Sloane Square. In conclusion, my lunch experience at Granger & Co. was overall quite enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the staff were polite. The only drawback was the extended waiting time, which slightly impacted my overall rating. Nonetheless, I have positive memories of my lunch and intend to return, this time for leisure rather than work. I rate this branch a 3.7/5, which I'd round up to a 4-star rating here.

Yummy food with lovely vibe ! It’s very popular for a reason so I recommend booking in advance. It is easier to get a table if you go for lunch on a week day. I was able to have lunch on Thursday without a booking but waited for like 10min. Not too bad! Ordered Fresh Aussie and Ricotta pancake😋 Both super yummy especially the Ricotta Pancake! Highly recommend!

We like the dusty sourdough toast very much. The scramble eggs looks yummy, and it's tastes is normal, same for poached eggs. Good to try if you would love chic and stylish place with decent food.

Went to 5 know breakfast places in london in 5 days. Unfortunately, Granger & Co. was by far the weakest, in every aspect. Food is average nothing a must try. Pancakes are fluffy yes, but doesn’t taste as good as it looks. Service is bad, took forever (around 20 minutes) to get our food, the table next to us who came later got theirs before us. The coffee came way before our food. Asked for a water, I still didn’t get it. The waitress was nice but she needs more training IMO. The whole staff seems to me as of they are annoyed to work in this place, no one smiles. They don’t have this welcoming attitude, with everyone not just us. The atmosphere is fine a bit noisy from the music and yelling between the staff. I wouldn’t go there again and I don’t recommend anyone to go as well

Very good brunch - but not worth the wait. Unless you have a reservation (impossible to make on weekends) wait time is 1+ hour. The ricotta pancakes are incredibly good, but not sure they make up for the hour spent waiting for a table.

Been here couple of times. This time we were here for lunch which the best of all times. We got the coconut turmeric daal which was amazing. Also, the pouch egg with potatoes was a good choice as gluten free options.

Walked in on a Saturday, was told us to wait for 30 minutes. Took a stroll and their text came no longer than 10 mins. Got the famous ricotta hotcakes and scramble eggs with sourdough. The hotcakes were filling and tasted better with strawberries + the original banana combo (with extra charges). Liked the fluffy texture of the eggs, remember to add your own measure of salt for that flavour (portion is a bit small for us). We also enjoyed the ambience and the service. Staffs were attentive. Dotted on us. Came up ready to take our extra plates even before we called them.

Wonderful meal! The entire family loved all the dishes selected. I especially enjoyed the coconut curry with fish and prawns and grilled broccoli side. Very attentive staff. Relaxing atmosphere. We would return if we lived here!

Ambience and location - beautiful courtyard A + Food was good but room for improvement Juices were small and were 9.50 when you add service..which is bonkers (was also a hot day and it was room 🌡 temp so would be nice to be cooler) Courgette salad was lacking..they had a blob of iceberg lettuce in the middle to bulk it up...when they really needed to add more flavour. Ie. Better dressing, nuts or seeds, some type of sweet potatoe or butternut squash or grain Burger was good...not great, again a bit small.

Went here for breakfast. Travis greeted us at the entrance and from the first second I knew he was a gem: very outgoing but with the right amount of professionality. He put us on the waiting list, got a table after 10 minutes which was fine. Pink marble table and rock salt was a nice setting upstairs. Food was nothing exceptional unfortunately.

Granger & Co. in Chelsea is an absolute gem when it comes to brunch spots. The ricotta hotcakes (which have been a staple for many years) were perfectly fluffy, and the combination of bananas and honeycomb butter added an indulgent sweet creaminess. The interior had a cozy yet modern vibe that made me feel right at home. They truly know how to create a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience even when busy.

🍽Food: 5/5 🤵🏽‍♂️Service: 5/5 🪑Ambiance: 4/5 (Preferably outdoor seating or upstairs) 📝Notes: This is my go to breakfast/brunch spot. I always order the ricotta hotcakes or the eggs Benedict. I love the vibes, the food is so good and you wouldn’t be disappointed. It’s only unfortunate that there is always a waiting list (especially during the weekends) I recommend going for breakfast around 9-10AM

Quite fancy, no dish here is straight forward, it all has ingredients you'd not expect with a very modern menu. The food is great though, and the atmosphere is lively. The staff is very professional. I enjoyed sitting there but it might not be the place if you are looking to eat something simple.

Lovely place. Really enjoyed the chicken schnitzel and crudités salad. Courgette chips were also good, however, the dish is suitable to eat only when it's hot, it does not taste well when it's cold at all! The waitress was quite impolte and had an attitude through all our experience. I was slightly disappointed since the service quality expectation was high for this place.

Nice, compact little place with plenty of sitting on the ground floor and even more sitting on the top floor. Portions are very generous and tasty. Drinks are super delicious also. I would totally recommend this place to tourists, locals and passers by. Place is a little crammed, so just be prepared to be squeezed in a little.

scrambled egg is amazing and delicious. Pancake not as good as I wish . The order took too long more than 30 minutes. Amazing staff and great decoration.

A Popular Tourist Breakfast and Brunch Destination in London This place is a well-known tourist and local hotspot in London for breakfast and brunch. Be prepared for a minimum wait time of an hour, which is a testament to its popularity. The service tends to be a bit slow, which might add to the overall waiting time. While the dishes and drinks served are tasty and fresh, there is a lingering doubt about whether the experience justifies the long wait. Given the abundance of alternatives in the city, one might find other places offering a similar quality without the extensive delay. This spot is worth a visit for its popularity and quality, but there are certainly other comparable options in London for those who prefer a quicker or quieter meal.

The ambience is nice, quality of food is fine. Wasn't too impressed with the starters I got but the main course of crab linguine was yummy and the wine also very good. Its a no smoking restaurant inside and outside also. The staff were very busy so we didn't get served our drinks till we asked for the 3rd time and also we had to ask for the bill twice also. Overall is a nice cute place and is fine to eat at. Casual dining with a nice ambience and friendly but over worked staff.
