Excellent parking off of kings road. Very friendly guy manning the car park. Excellent service

Supposed to be a valet parking. The attendant just pointed me to a parking slot. Then asked to take my keys which I declined. He then became aggressive and said I couldn’t leave my car without leaving the keys! They claim it's their stated policy. But when booking, there is absolutely nothing on the website, or even in the email that states this is actually the policy. I showed it to the car park attendee, and he just pointed to signs on the wall, saying "it's our policy" and "you cannot leave without leaving your keys". I then called the call centre, who apologies and assured me that was inappropriate. She claimed that I should have had my car parked for me, instead of someone just pointing me to a parking space and said someone will call me. But no one rang. What is absolutely obvious is that the people working in the car park itself are covering for each other, and the real information doesn't reach the central team.

The most convenient parking in the area; good value, wonderful staff, not a one off experience, it’s been like it for years, it’s a ‘go to’. Five stars 🌟 plus.

Great location, friendly staff. Parking places are a bit tight but not too bad. Price struck me as a bit high hence the 4 star rating. £15 for 2 hours. I would advise to book online ahead of time. Edited for typo.

I am genuinely perplexed by the positive reviews this car park has received and feel compelled to caution others to steer clear of it. Recently, I had a job in London and urgently needed a parking spot nearby. This car park was the closest option, so I had little choice given my time constraints. Upon arrival, the attendant informed me that I had to leave my car keys with him. This policy, not mentioned on their website, was presented in a take-it-or-leave-it manner. With time pressing and unfamiliarity with London, I felt cornered into compliance. I expressed my discomfort and requested a spot where my car wouldn't need moving, only to be met with a dismissive attitude and unclear answers. The attendant's demeanor was off-putting, to say the least. He was unhelpful, insistent on an undisclosed policy, and remarkably rude. When I discovered free street parking nearby, I promptly decided to move my car. However, the attendant then attempted to charge me £8 for what was essentially a brief and unproductive interaction. I left feeling frustrated and relieved that I hadn't left my keys, especially after realising that such an action would have violated my insurance policy. This experience was a stark reminder to always check one's insurance terms. In summary, the service was atrocious. I strongly advise against using this car park. It's not just about the inconvenience; it's a matter of principle and respect, both of which were glaringly absent here.

Car park attendant was really friendly and happy which made my day as its always stressful driving in London but being welcomed with a smile makes its all. Clean tidy under ground parking and would highly recommend.

First time I've parked at the Sloane Square car park and will definitely be returning. The gentleman who works at the car park was super polite, helpful and even helped me with directing me out of a space. Thoroughly recommend

Nice place to park. Friendly staff. Signs up asking to leave your key with staff which was unexpected. (Maybe just me but I don't like handing my car keys over to anyone) I kept my keys and was not asked for them. Overall very good.

In London for husband’s surgery at Royal Brompton. Carpark, clean, brightly painted and lit. Greeted by very professional and polite attendant who directed us to a good sized parking space ( have a 4x4). Great service. Felt safe at all times . Highly recommend.

Booking online was very straightforward and parking was easy. The staff in particular were very helpful as, once I got home, i discovered that i had lost my house keys and realised that I must have dropped them in the car park. I called and left a message and the following morning, I received a call to let me know that the keys had been found. A few minutes later I received a second call from another member of staff to make sure that I had been contacted. I couldn't get back to London immediately so the staff labelled my keys and kept them until I was able to go back to claim them. Great service.

The on-site staff was most trustworthy, friendly and helpful. It was the first time for me to park my car for such a long period of time but the team really gave me the reassurance and took care of the vehicle.

4*for the staff, 0* for the company s policies. £14 for 1h4mins. Went to the qiosk to pay for one hour, took the car key, went to the car to retrieve the ticket and they charged me for 2h!! No fault to the staff, aparently they don't have a choice, just press a button set this way and always have to argue with customers. Shame

It would have been okay if the entrance machine hadn't broken down. Meant a good quarter hour waiting. Didn't realize you have to leave keys!

Good experience from Booking/Arrival and Departure. Just an observation on the PP Website, can be tricky to pick the correct parking location as its a very small box showing Westminster or Chelsea. Secondly, when entering the app for booking, it asks for First name and Email, and then when you confirm , it states Surname missing and finally the surname box appears...Just a point..:-)

I read good reviews about the service, and about the man that guards the parking. To me it was a bit rude, not welcoming at all. The car park is really small, hard to manoeuvre...however, it is Well located. But, honestly I wouldn't go back.

Really easy to book and also easy to find. The whole booking to parking process was seamless. Full parking instructions provided. Arrived on time, took a ticket at the barrier and drove down into the carpark. We were greeted by a very friendly chap who checked our reservation (have your booking details ready) and then pointed out our allocated parking space. Parked and returned to the kiosk to hand over our car keys and were given a credit card sized tag in return. On return to the carpark, the attendant was already dealing with a client, but was polite and asked us to wait a moment. We handed over the tag and retrieved our car keys, payment was checked and then we drove to the barrier as instructed. The barrier lifted and we were free to go. The whole process was very good, efficient and a positive experience because the parking attendant was professional, very pleasant and genuinely seemed to be pleased to help us. Will definitely use this carpark again if we have to visit the area and will definitely use Just Park next time we need to book a parking space anywhere. Very good and the pricing was very reasonable for the service and location.
