If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company is the spawn of Satan. I purchased a couple of items but then realised I would be paying double than what the item last were in a shop. I tried to cancel which I was informed in a telephone conversation that it had been cancelled but I would be charged £20 for a re-shelving fee (what 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️). Anyway that evening I was scrolling through my emails to discover I in fact couldn’t cancel as the item had been dispatched. I then contacted them again and said I would refuse to take it from the courier (which they agreed). The Iran was delivered and left on my doorstep (courier never knocked or rang the ring doorbell), so I couldn’t refuse it. So I contacted Yes catalogue again and explained the situation with the courier to be told I will be charged £40 for them to collect the item and £20 for re-shelving. So they want £60 for an item I am not keeping and seeing as the courier didn’t have the decency to knock (I was at home) I am now being punished for this. I would like to say this company is a joke but there is nothing funny about them. They are nothing but money grabbing, evil people. Please do not use them .

So I placed an order with these guys. All seemed well however I had cancelled my order. They had taken £158 worth of payments (weekly) and she advised I would receive a £20 deduction off my refund due to cancellation fee, I was fine with. However they have only confirmed it is a £59 refund however I have attached my bank statements showing all payments from yes catalogue and it advises I have made payments of £158…. I have disputed this with the team and a lady Sophia responded that the refund has been processed and for £59 however has not even acknowledged my dispute ! I have yet emailed and have yet received 0 response from which I will yet again chase. I will not allow them to scam me out of my money. Not for pennies or small pounds were talking nearly £100!!

My husband signed up earlier this year… My husband signed up earlier this year just for a look really but never ordered anything. Hes now receiving emails with statements saying he owes money for an order hes never placed. And the statement dates are dated 2021 he hadn't even joined then! If I could give 0 stars I would. All these positive reviews are probably written by themselves on here. If you look at other review sites they are all pretty much saying the same thing! Scam and money leaving accounts for orders which have not been placed!

I'm yet to order but reading reviews I'm now not going to taking money from accounts that haven't ordered or needed refunded and not received a penny. People come to these places as they need help financially not to be taking for a ride. Account getting deleted.

Yes Catalogue staff have no commen sense or empathy . I ordered a branded TV , i received a NONE branded TV , i kept paying the instalment until i recovered from family lost due to COVID which delay me to report the issue to the company . They refused to deal with my complaint and kep repeating that policy timeline for the complaint not considering what people whas going through due last years . Who want to call to report a TV delivery error when you are dealing with family lost ? Yes Catalogue have a record that they sent the wrong item which i never ordered and i overpaid for an items i never received and still did not the responsibility , instead they blaming people why during the covid and their lost they did not call on time .I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND . During our recorded telephone conversation , when i was explaining my lost and the situation to the staff , she kept like robot repeating but we was working why you did not report it before

Haven’t ordered nothing from these after reading a review, these should be taken to court for scamming peoples money out of there banks, plus I keep getting spammed emails saying I have £1200 credit available, no thanks!!!

Ordered a few times from them, first time my item arrived swiftly after the first 6 payments, this time it's taking slightly longer but customer service have always been helpful, if you're impatient waiting for products, this service is not for you as it takes 6 weeks of 6 payments for your item to be eligible for shipping & then upto 14 days for it to arrive there after, however! If you've got a bad credit rating like me, it's great to build your credit & pay weekly on items you may not have otherwise been able to afford.

If no stars were available that's what I'd give. 3 weeks ago made order was told wud take 6,8 or 10 weeks depending on soft credit search made after first payment, first payment and 2nd payment made. Rang them up to ask how long for delivery to be told both payments were late and would b an extra 4 weeks onto of initial 8. Pointless as wud then be delivered after Xmas. My bank statements show that payments were taken on time. If the scam wasn't complete she then told me if I wanted t cancel the items I could but at a £20 charge lol what a joke. Scamming people out of there money. Giving people false information. Avoid like the plague

I was so close to ordering stuff but wanted to check the reviews. I’m shocked and scared to order stuff now and I really wanted to order a few things but the reviews I stumbled across made me change my mind. Wish it wasn’t a scam it would be a life saver for vulnerable people like me.

Ordered a item at £3.06 aweek, 2 weeks ago The conning gits been trying to take £19.99 daily! Lucky my bank stopped the payments. Plus when you actually look prices online they charge over double!

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT COMMIT TO BUY !! I made the mistake of submitting my bank details after browsing their website at the beginning of December and before I committed to buy, I decided not to go through with the purchase of their extortionately priced goods (I am struggling single parent of 5 and in desperation and was trying to buy Christmas presents). However as I clicked my back button to return to previous page, the website seemed to freeze and kept returning me to the weekly price it would cost me !? To my absolute shock, I find debits from my bank account the week later and have continued to take payments to date ! Emailed them immediately after first payment to cancel this so called order that should never have gone through anyway, to not get a single response back from them !! I blocked my card as it was card payments being taken, then they took directly from my bank !! And then charged me late fees !!? Not a single email to confirm the order or transaction receipt of this so called order has ever been received by me !!? Oh and surprise…. no goods either (not that I would accept them anyway) I have still never had a response about my emails asking for refund and cancellation of order ! I am still going through the dispute process with my bank to stop payments and refund me and still have had no communication from them! NO COMMUNICATION !ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS !

If u.set such a high standard how come every one is leaving awful reviews about their experience with your catalogue. And how u took money out of r accounts without our permission which I didn't get back I had to get in touch with my bank in the end and block your company as you tried to take more. Money after I. Stopped the direct debit.. My advice is don't use this YES Catalogue go to a more reputable company....

£300 for an item worth £110, very clever really they make you basically pay what the item costs in other shops before they even dispatch it, then your basically paying over double for nothing, £20 restock fee to cancel even if youve not recieved it. Everything about this is designed to rip you off. Companies like this should be illegal.

Would give no stars if possible, thought everything was fine until this morning when they tried to take £45 worth of payments from my bank for a £14 one, luckily my bank caught it after the £28 transaction but now trying to get that money back is like getting blood from a stone, my banks blocked them from taking any further payments and will dispute this one once not pending. Honestly don’t bother people it’s an absolute scam.

I placed a order thay took my money from my bank I tryed to cancel the order I few times thay told me that I couldn’t have my refund back. This company I would AVOID thay take ya money!!! I ordered a summerhouse and garden swing, paid for several weeks, before receiving the swing, never received the summerhouse, there excuse was, run out of stock, but still carried on taking the money, and then they didn’t refund our money instead spread the money we’d paid for the summerhouse and paid it on the swing, without my authority to do so! will never order from this money grabbing company again !!! and by looking at most of these reviews, everyone has been mislead by this company. don’t get caught in there trap guys.

You can't even see what they sell without having to sign up. And they ask for your debit card number as proof of who you are. You should NEVER give this out as they can take payments straight from your card. From what I've read it looks more like a bright house but online

I've notnordered from here and after reading the rebiews and highly doubt I will..firstly who would pay 6 payment up front with no items available until then...ifnit seems too good to be true you xan guarantee it is...companies like this feed off people who struggle already and put them into even more debt ..I only had a nose I to this company and now I'm bombarded with emails daily telling me I've a 1200 limit available...absolutely ridiculous...leave well alone

I'm so glad I looked at reviews as I nearly made an order but checked trust pilot 1st and the reviews was great but really felt I needed to look at a different site there must be so many people get fooled by this especially people like me classed as vulnerable so just want to thank you all for giving people the heads up I will be blocking emails etc now

They take money off your card after cancelling order then make out they am not even with proof now im fighting to get it back rip off do not go with them
