    Came here over the weekend and was served wonderfully by the beautiful staff named Iqra with the help of her colleague, Flo. The store was very clean and tidy, everyone was very welcoming. It got very busy at one point, but somehow, they were able to accustom and work with all customers. I was able to successfully purchase a necklace as a gift for my mother's birthday. She loved it very much. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

    Recently visited store. Greeted and served by a terrible and unprofessional employee with black hair, and glasses, around middle age. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to ask for her name. Moreover, she wore her mask under her nose, which I believe isn’t covid safe at all. When she was serving me, She was just standing there awkwardly and forcefully suggesting me to purchase an item i didn’t want. I felt extremely uncomfortable, and quickly turned away from the store and left. I went here several times in the past and had purchased many items. Which all those times had always been wonderful.

    I used to receive annual gifts from here from my husband until I had a problem with a ring which I paid to have repaired. Endless problems and an incredibly rude manager who undermined a junior staff member who was trying to be helpful. Since this shocking experience we no longer shop here

    I visited this store today and was disappointed with the service. I found the staff very unattentive. Considering it's a lovely shop that sells some lovely products it's let down by the staff

    The assistant manager, Rosie, was amazing! She helped me with finding the most beautiful purple earrings that I absolutely adore. She demonstrated fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend seeing Rosie when visiting the store. 10/10.

    The young woman with brown shoulder length hair helped my partner and I with exchanging an item. She was incredibly friendly, very professional and efficient. Made the whole experience very pleasant and easy.

    Writing here after a very distraught experience in the Bentalls branch. I was browsing in the store with my daughter and picked up a ring on display (no signs anywhere saying "do not touch"). Was abruptly intercepted by the manageress who told me to "put the ring down as there are not enough staff to keep an eye". I was extremely shocked as it seems such a prestigious brand views all customers as potential thieves. I went back in and asked to speak to the manageress, who happened to be the same obnoxious young lady. She began screaming at me when I explained that she has no right to speak to me like a thief and proceeded to tell me that I should not presume that what's she meant. She verbatim said the words "to keep an eye" so there is absolutely no presumption from my side - Maybe she needs a better grasp of the English language. Then she told me that they say the same thing to all customers and she stormed off to the back room and told me she will not stand there listening to me. The matter could have been resolved if she apologised for miscommunicating but this was not forthcoming. Needless to say this will be the last time I will be buying from this brand if customers are treated like this. Have been a customer for 15 years sadly (mainly in the Wimbledon branch which closed down) and we will not be purchasing from here again. This experience could have potentially ruined my day but fortunately was saved by some lovely ladies at John Lewis who more than made up for it when I retold my experience. I am 73 years old and this probably rates as the worst shopping interaction I have experienced. Hope other are shown more courtesy.

    Today ( 04-11-2021 ) I have been to the store at about 13:50 and 14:15 to get my watch. They forgot to remove the links. The first lady who welcomed me has been nice and helpful. They asked me to come back 15 minutes later to remove the links. When I popped in the 2nd time at the shop, There was a lady in black, blonde hair and tall. The person has not really been nice towards and been really rude. She kept eyeballing and approached in an aggressive manner. It looks like she was highly bothered about my feedback. That was not an ideal service I have expected after 3 weeks waiting time. I am sorry to inform you that we will never shop with this brand anymore. Deniz

    Big time Swarovski fan. Love their watches🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍 pendants, ear rings and accessories. Customer care is very good!! Would love to shop again. This shop is inside Bentall Center

    Went into the store the other day, I felt the girl at the desk seem to me to be a bit stuck up and made me feel inferior, I feel that her customer service needs an overhaul to make customers feel more at ease

    There was a delivery delay for an item I ordered into the store, but when I came in the team went above and beyond to help me. The manager and another employee were super sweet and found the last pair they had in stock of the earrings I needed. It was really kind of them to help and I will be returning to the kingston branch next time I shop at Swarovski!

    I am really unsatisfied with this branch ( UK Kingston London). About a month ago I bought a gift from them for my friend who lives in Canada. They told me that she can exchange it in Canada using the gift receipt. Swarovski branch in Canada said the same to my friend. So she also bought me a gift from swarovski. Today I went to exchange my gift for another item. I had the gift receipt with me. But the employees at UK kingston swarovski branch refused to do that. They said they can not exchange cross countries. I am very upset with them. Because I am 100% sure when I was purchasing from them they told me cross country exchange is doable. Even the employee who sold it to me was there. Please don’t trust them anymore.
