The internet side is easy. I can find everything I need. After ordering on a regular base I will be informed what's happening with my package and when to receive it. In that way I know when to come home and have a surprise waiting for me. Keep up the good work and I will be back if I'm short of materials.

This shop is never open. I don’t know why it’s not open for in store shopping but it makes life so much harder. After reading the reviews on delivery, I don’t think I’ll be buying anything because I’m uncertain if it will ever arrive or if my beads will come broken. I was so excited to go in a see some beads and purchase a lot but I was extremely disappointed when they turned me away.

I’m so grateful I found peppy beads. They have an incredible selection in stock with so much variety -it fuels so much of my creativity. I’m always happy with the quality of the beads as well. Also, one of the best customer services I’ve ever received. The owner is always very fast with communication and shipping!! Highly recommend peppybeads as they are so reliable and trustworthy :). P.s I’ve had many instances where I needed urgent help with my stock and they’ve resolved the problems for me. Thank you to the amazing team at peppy beads. I have found this business to be very over-priced. I also ordered earring hooks that broke before I was even able to hook the dangle on them - I thought it was me being hashy, but I tried with 3 hooks before contacting Peppy Beans to ask for a return and was told there was no return or refund on earring products (totally understandable if the product was useable), but these are unfit for purpose , so I have totally lost my money here. Not happy at all.

I was really looking forward to the visit today, I travelled an hour to only be told its only by appointment. To make it even worse, they had noone in the shop. You should really make it clear on Google that it's only by appointment so that people don't waste their money and time to travel to your shop. It's also not clear on your website, you have to actually go on the tab options to see it. People go on Google to get directions and to see times you're open so it should be there where it's clear.

This business needs to update their Google information to make it clear that their opening hours are by appointment only. I walked hear on my lunch break after wanting to visit for a while (they state on Google they are only open 11-4 on select days only) When I arrived the door was open but a notice said appointment only and the business owner told he I could book the next slot (in half an hour) unfortunately I didn’t have the time. This was a bit frustrating as I was there, inches away from the beads and ready to spend good money! Fyi for others thinking of visiting just to visit the shop you have to book abs pay a £10 deposit…seems a bit much to loose money if you can’t make your appointment 🙁 They have made it very difficult to shop here and In the future I will go to a shop that has more flexibility for the customer.

My order has been lost for one year now, I sent 10 emails. They did nothing. I don't think they could care less.

I'm happy with my order in that the beads are as expected and they were sent quickly. But frustratingly the owner doesn't respond to emails or even their own live chat, and I have no other way of finding out the colour names/numbers of a bead mix I bought in order to match them to another size bead (Miyuki Crimson Noel Sparkle Petite Bead Mix).

Great shop with so much choice. Orders always sent out very fast and always exactly as described.

Excellent online bead shop, I am a bead addict and I've always been satisfied with there service and quick postage. I've been ordering from peppy beads for 3 years and the quality of the crystals especially are great, my only gripe is the packaging, I wish delicas etc came in tubes instead of plastic bags.
