I started working with Carol having gone through a number of difficult family situations. After every Reiki session there was a positive shift in family relationships - a phone call, message, a more positive conversation helping to rebuild the family in a more positive way. On this occasion I was taking someone else for back treatment because over the last few decades I've had 4 or 5 episodes of back trouble and on each occasion David Melrose has been able to accurately diagnose the cause and treat it resulting in a complete cure - until a few years later I lift something too heavy, or bend over while lifting combined with failing to keep fit. I go for his osteopathy skill which he combines with his training in applied kinesiology. He's also a medical herbalist and once many years ago when I had an infection that antibiotics from my doctor didn't get rid of he was able to successfully treat it. I believe he also understands the acupuncture points. If you do go, don't be afraid to ask detailed questions about what his diagnosis is as he may just say 'see me once more in a week's time' if you don't ask. I once asked him if I should get a scan. You can if you want, he said, but I don't need one. True. His ability to diagnose any back problem that I have ever had was uncanny.

Fantastic Service and staff very friendly Laurie (Osteopath) is Amazing. My shoulder is healing after a couple of sessions. He’s given me great exercises and advice. Until recently I could barely get changed without pain and had limited restricted movement in my shoulder and arm. I highly recommend Laurie if you have aches , pains or need support with mobility.

Over the years, I have received treatment from both David and Laurie for a chronic back problem. The pain can be excruciating, but their skills and expertise have got me out of trouble in just a few sessions. I came to the Aston Clinic with my son twenty years ago and have stayed here ever since repairing all the ailments of the whole family. I have visited Aston Clinic and Dr David Melrose for my years long leg and chest pain. I went to doctors, got MR and ultrasound but doctors couldn't find the root cause. David find the issue after some tests and he did the treatment. I was shocked by the immediate difference in my leg feeling. After 4 session my pains are gone. Dr Laurie initially helped my newborn son after having his tongue tie treated and was really good with him. I’ve also seen him myself to relieve braxism but also have what feels like a general mot of my body. The techniques he uses to test the various muscles I find absolutely fascinating. Very reassuring that he tried to treats without continuous appointments - only as many is needed.
