    I visited the New Malden store yesterday morning with my 80 year old mother and we were warmly greeted by Joel. We were there to furnish a lounge and a bedroom for my Mum, and Joel spent time showing us all the choices of furniture that would best suit her. There was no pressure put on us and we were given time to consider our options, but Joel was on hand and ready to answer our questions. I left with a Mum very happy with her order, as well as a daughter and a niece who had enjoyed their hot chocolate and cookie! I hope our order continues to run as smoothly as our experience in the showroom. I would definitely recommend using this showroom and thank Joel for going above and beyond to help us.

    This was the first time my wife and I had made a furniture purchase like this for our first house. It's quite daunting spending a few thousand on items that seem quite mundane but are so central to a "to-be" family home. We wanted to invest in something that was very much "us" in form and function that would last 10+ years and with a lot of help from Emil in this New Malden branch we found the right sofas at the right price. Emil was honestly more than just a helpful sales person, he walked us through what was possible, listened to our wants and concerns and was so attentive to what we could and couldn't afford. He cut costs where we didn't need them and took every opportunity to advise us of the right decision. At no point did we feel uncomfortable in the sale and we can't wait to work with Emil again. As for the store it sounds simple, but it wasn't too warm or cold which meant that it was comfortable to cozy up on sofas for a few hours and every thing was clean and tidy with coffee, tea and biscuits for all visitors. It just made the visit way more homely and you feel like you can make much more relaxed decisions. Emil urged us to go to other stores like sofology and dfs to make sure we got the best deals, which added even more trust. All in a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I can't wait to receive the sofas in the new year :).

    Worst experience ever! After you paid you are nothing. We ordered a sofa and the first question I asked is if this sofa can get into my house, I explained it is a Terrance house with proper size door. He said yes so I decide to buy it. However, just half of the sofa can get though and they are going to charge me 180 pound to cut down the size. I called the shop and he said it is my responsibility, I told him that is exactly the question I asked and I will not buy if I know it can’t get though. I asked if I can refund and he said I can’t because I signed the documents. Every time I called for forward up and there is no one pick up my call, leaving message and no one get back to me. At the end I give up and willing to pay 110 but till now more than 2 weeks, no one contact me for any update and I still only got half of my sofa in the house. My experience is after you paid the money you are nothing, and the customer service is poor. I want to give 0 star but there is no option which I am forced to give them 1 star here. 最好唔好幫襯,售後體驗極差。

    Emil was a superb help when we chose our furniture for our new home. He made the whole process really enjoyable and went above and beyond to ensure we were making the right decisions. Emil was very knowledgeable about the products, and gave input into how the items would look in our new homes' colour scheme. Would definitely recommend visiting this store, and asking for Emil to help. He also gave us all the freshly made cookies we wanted! Thank you Emil!

    Plenty of space for parking and a bright and well laid out Store. A warm and friendly welcome was given and we were shown around the store. The Rep was available when we wanted and was very informative about the stock. When we decided to purchase the Rep was very professional and happy to answer any queries. Very very pleased with the Service provided at the New Malden Store.

    Great satisfaction - I bought an Italian sofa from the store in the sales season and the consultant Irshad was very helpful and patient. I came out a satisfied customer. I checked around a few furniture shops and recognize the quality of products and services at Furniture Village seem to be the best.

    The manager Sajid is very friendly all throughout the purchase , he helped us a lot for financing , explained the process clearly. He is ready to answer my calls always and tracking the orders. He made sure that the order is delivered quickly especially with my pregnant wife, it was a lot helpful.

    Received a good reception and offered coffee. We are looking at replacing a bed. Bed department well laid out and was in the process of having new beds in the showroom. The salesman Joel was very helpful, polite and gave us plenty of time plus demonstrated great knowledge. We will certainly being back. Another plus point is the parking availability which makes shopping more relaxing.

    I found there was a wide variety of items and we were allowed to take our time making a choice. Staff were courteous and friendly plus there was a lovely hospitality bar. The furniture is very good quality and can be tailored to your taste. The prices are very good. I am anxiously awaiting my delivery which is a standard wait time in most furniture stores that make furniture to order. Thanks to Emil for his guidance and patience. A very well spent and productive day.

Firstly you treated my mum with the up most respect, always addressing her & treating her as special as we know in our family, she is. You were engaging, interested & you listened intently as my mum explained herself. We couldn’t sing your praises high enough as we were walking out the doors of Furniture Village, New Malden.     Absolute disgrace of a place. Bought a TV stand last November, they finally delivered it this summer. It was arranged to be built for us. And it still hasn't. And they won't offer a refund because it's been "delivered". Even though it's just been sitting there for weeks in our house unopened, because they haven't sent anyone over to put it together. P.s please come put together the furniture you sold us.

    Had a great experience when buying my bed at furniture village. The sales consultant named Irshad khan gave us an awesome experience and explained each bed and mattress in a way that could be understood easily. Some of what was said was new to me and interesting. I highly recommend the store. It’s a friendly place to shop.

    We had such a great experience purchasing our sofa set and dining table at this store. Matthew went above and beyond to assist us so that we were able to find a product we were really happy with! He looked after us in store and gave us expert advice which catered to what we needed/ wanted. Matthew’s team were also very courteous and helpful.     Ross is the name you need for your visit! He is so friendly and proactive, the first to come to us when we are in and searching for mattress. He addressed our questions professionally and helped us to place our order which fulfil our budget and delivery schedule requirements. The sofa are a bit pricey but coffee tables and cupboards here are nice.

    Went down to Furniture Village this morning looking for a sofa bed, and although they didn't quite have what we were looking for, the customer service was fantastic. Emil was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and was so sweet to our 2yr old boy 🙂 then before leaving our son was treated to a cookie by one of the other staff. Thank you for being so wonderful!

    True Salesmanship is rare. My wife and I came in to browse for furniture and met Emile. At first, very pleasing to talk to and immediately puts you at ease. He offered us some coffee/water and skillfully transformed what was a furniture shopping task into an experience of making a home for ourselves and envisioning spaces, themes and moments. He painted a beautiful cloud image of our lives in on which we happily traveled with furniture in mind. The speech came from the heart and was tactfully delivered with no insensitive pressure and absolute professionalism throughout. We haven't made a decision yet but when we buy a couch or a table or anything else for that matter. We will call Emile.. A pearl in an ocean of lackluster Salesmanship. Bravo!

    Absolutely phenomenal experience. We walked in with total clarity of what we needed and hoped for an expedient shopping experience. Joel was up to the task. From the first “hi, how can I help” to the last handshake, the whole process took about 10 mins max. In this time we ordered the right mattress for us, bought protectors suggested by Joel, got a really nice discount, and paid for it all. Speed, experience and a customer service mindset - if you are looking for these ask for Joel.

    Quite pleased with my leather recliner sofa purchase on Black Friday weekend. More impressive were the sales team, particularly Ross who is the "piece de resistance" and a celebrity in these parts, judging from the reviews he receives. If the talented Baldwin brothers had a fifth it would be Ross and their houses no doubt would be kitted out with the most impressive furniture. So refreshing the customer service and sales closing in contrast to the sofology standard you receive next door!

He was interested in what we were looking for and did his best to accommodate us and show us options which matched exactly what we were after.     Emil @ New Malden branch was superb. My two elderly parents were looking for a swivel chair and he was so accommodating, understanding and extremely hospitable. We would come back here and recommend the service anytime. The choices were excellent.

    I am giving five stars for the salesman Emil Williams he wasn’t brilliant didn’t pressure us when’s we walked in. we didn’t intend to buy the day we went but he gave us such a good discount (I know they do that ) it made us feel we were getting a real bargain.So friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The furniture arrived yesterday it’s beautiful and very good quality. The only thing which lets furniture village down is the delivery side. I wasn’t available the day they gave me a slot it was a month early which was great but the woman who Called was very annoyed and said there was no other date? I asked family & friends to be available for the delivery but they were all busy. I called them back and changed it I had to advise them that I was the customer and they would have to accommodate me! they we’re not helpful. The delivery men were not happy they had to walk down an alleyway And through the small garden to get the sofa in. This was done to make it easier than manoeuvring the sofa through the house... I actually had to show them what I meant. They didn’t even speak I was trying to make polite conversation I gave up and I was glad when they left. It’s such a shame because they really let the company down. When you’re excited to finally receive the furniture, they spoil the whole experience and leave you not wanting to use the company again. I am sure it’s because every company now have contractors rather than their own in house delivery teams. They should really think about this Andy go back to in house for the whole experience. It’s the first time ever I dint give the delivery men a tip?

    Ross Peckham was exactly the kind of salesman we wanted to deal with. Not too sales-y or over the top. Gave us a lovely coffee and was very patient with us. He gave us space to think and look around. Not too pushy. A nice store, calm and clean. Great selection of sofas. We'll be back to look at dining stuff!
