Clearly can’t shop here unless your over 100, came on Saturday afternoon with my daughter as soon as we walked in the old woman stood at the door looked me up and down and asked me if I had a collection order almost as if I wasn’t supposed to be there for any other reason I said no we’re just looking, had a look around my daughter wanted a grass rug for outside asked another lady where they were she showed us and then proceeds to walk to the Lady who spoke to us at the beginning and I could hear her talking about me. Very rude and unwelcoming I wish I’d gotten their names to be honest.

Normal dunelm store though a little cramped and could do with a good overhaul as flooring looks like it's not been touched in years and glass in front door is broken. General layout is OK but the racks are a bit close together. Nice it has a cafe.

I love wandering round lovely displays always find lots of 'must haves' Staff always happy,cheerful and helpful. Kathleen.

Great big shop of home furniture bits and bobs, plenty of products and good facilities.

Very helpful staff when we wanted something that was not in stock ,they ordered it online for us .A fantastic array of bedding and home products.

I love Dunelm and the homewares sold there, but the staff could be more friendly. I know they are extremely busy, but they don't smile (much) and can come across as quite stern. I have never had an experience of good customer service here, just so-so at best.

Have you got an email for a receipt? makes me cringe. Yeah sure...I'll give you my personal email in front of a que of people; and then for you to then bombard me with spam newsletter emails as a natural consent to me giving you my email. Just annoying, especially when you buy something for £2.99. It's really off putting and I try to buy what I need somewhere else before I go to Dunelm. Is it really needed.

Jesus, Michelle on the front who I guess is supposed to be greeting customers is clearly in a very bad mood today, if you hate your job that much then leave, I walked in with my pregnant wife all happy and she snarled and grunted at us for a few minutes, luckily a 'can we have a member of staff over to seasonal' called on the walkie talkie and an actual nice person arrived to sort us out (Jolene) Get rid of Michelle, front and centre of Dunelm and just puts every one who crosses her path in a bad mood, like me now.

Didn't actually shop at this store but just to collect an item ordered online. The store's at a quite convenient location. Service was efficient I think.

Great place to give you all home comforts. Cafe was very nice too. Reasonable prices and look out for discounts

Shopped here a few times recently and I have to say Excellent customer service skills, Great Selection across the board, well stacked shelves, plenty of staff on hand, Great product knowledge from the staff, Free Parking, Disabled parking, Competitive prices 5☆

Its handy having this store in town. Pick up any home ware items that you may need at a reasonable price. Being able to order and do store pickup is great. I remember it being Asda many years ago. Building has not changed much.

I was looking for a table projector and needed to be cut to size. The member of staff was very helpful and polite 😀

The shop is a little untidy, lots of boxes stacked up. Was looking for children's bedding and it was in several different places. Lots of variety available and staff are pleasant and polite. Went into the cafe for lunch. They were a little slow at clearing tables but other than that it was fine.

Fantastic range of products. Very clean. Coffee shop lovely and very reasonable

Polite staff, fast service, will be visiting again in the future as I had a very positive experience with this store 😊

Unpleasant experience here today at Dunhelm, Radcliffe. Unhelpful, disinterested and rude manager unable to resolve an easy issue worst still ongoing! Flat out did not care. Don t bother shopping here. STILL no refund since 15th December! Please do not shop here!

We called at Dunelm in Radcliffe this morning to pick up a Click and Collect. The staff were so friendly and helpful and an extra special thank you to Helen especially - it's so nice to receive excellent customer service so many thanks.

I alwAys find the staff in store brilliant. Always have a cheery word and help you get things to your car. My first port of call for things I need. Other stores near me are no where near as helpful

Love Dunelm. The staff are very helpful, I was looking for a vase and couldn't find it I asked a member of staff and he found it for me. The café is lovely as well. Good range of products.

First time- cafe was a nice change- pleasantly surprised. One criticism- ceilings are too low. Feels like you’re Shopping in a maze. Still great value for money

The space between the shelves feels small making the store feel overcrowded and claustrophobic but there is a good selection of goods. We stopped for a snack at the cafe: my baked potato was cold in the centre but I would recommend the lemon meringue pie.

I specifically asked not to be added to the marketing list when I checked out in store, less than 12 hours later I have 3 emails from Dunelm, one of which I would class as marketing.... which is for a 10% discount, I've just spent £150, why couldn't I have the discount yesterday when I bought my rug? I feel like taking it back for a refund and then buying it back immediately using the discount code. I try and support real-world stores, but experiences like this just make you want to use a certain HUGE online retailer even more.

Much better since the refit. Coffee shop much better now, needs a bit more room to walk through and sit. Store has a huge range of products available and prices are good. Checkouts are a pain get to, only after walking through a narrow little maze, loads of checkouts but normally not enough cashiers. Range of made to measure curtains and made to order sofas etc are very nice and decent prices. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful store, always a friendly greeter. Aircon was a blessing this last couple of weeks. Nice and clean and cafe is a bit small but lovely food
