Woodend farm is a beautiful place with so much to offer with kennel facility..with great staff who will take care of your four legged family members also has a fishing lake so you can relax in the countryside waiting for a bite..axe throwing so you can release your inner anxiety of the hustle and bustle..and hone your skills at archery...pellet shooting has two outside shooting ranges and one inside range when the weather isn't great so you can fire away at the targets wether they're paper or the metal animal stake's . me And my brother have been impressed with the staff and the facilities and the friends we've made by making us welcome so we've become members to take advantage of the good value for money..they also host events in archery and axe throwing for the UK championship.. with food available at these events From local producers and reasonable price... You can hire out the equipment if you fancy archery or axe throwing.. parking isn't a problem with plenty of spaces and toilet facilities..as I've said Great staff make you welcome and woodend farm speaks for itself..

Great place friendly staff, good indoor and outdoor range

Great facilities for fishing, shooting airguns and archery. Also kennels and cattery. Both outdoor range now have adjustable stools so even better.

Such a awesome place went for the knife and tomahawk throwing nationals and archery the staff are amazing and the venue is beautiful will be returning.

Had a wonderful weekend there with EFAA. Friendly staff, good catering and a beautiful location. Thank you to all at Wood End that made it a truly memorable two days.

I really can't fault the place or the guys that run the place .....whether it be fishing, archery, axe/knife throwing or shooting its a great place to go and chill......the other punters up there are great too, always friendly and helpful.

Went as a group, 4 adults and very young adults. Everyone absolutely loved it, the shooting range is great and justin is too. Watched carefully and very helpful, I'm worried to tell them off now that the kids, sorry, very young adults, were hitting bullseye's with every shot.

This place is awesome to unwind with a spot of target shooting the people are so friendly and welcoming.

Used the kennels a few times now . My dog is looked after and staff are lovely.

Really enjoyed ourselves at Woodend Farm. Nice guy, showed us the ropes on shooting with our borrowed riffles, then we had an hour shooting as many targets as we could 😀 Will definitely go back. Thanks

Very nice place for target shooting with a very good price for an hour definitely going again. The only negative thing I could say maybe me, is the table could do with being slightly deeper for rests.

My Ragdolls spent the week here recently in the cattery while I went on holiday and they seemed to have enjoyed themselves! They received lots of attention and cuddles from the staff, so I will most definitely be bringing them back for my next holiday. 😁

Great place to shoot both indoors and out, additional sports including Archery, Axe and Knife throwing, fishing. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, most equipment for use at maybe slight cost if you just fancy having a go Most users and members always willing to give useful advice and help, well friendly lot 🙂🙂🙂

The shooting facilities are great. You can take your bows and air rifles, and they even have an area for axe throwing. Stunning views. The owners were very helpful even helping my husband Chrono his new gun yesterday. With boarding kennels and fishing it has everything you need to get away and practice your hobbies.

Brilliant spot - fishing, archery, air rifles and now drones as we have been lucky enough to hire a field from the owners and host drone races with our friends. Brilliant!

excellent range. both outdoor ranges are well setup with year round targets and the indoor range has ample targets to keep you occupied. fantastic value too. friendly staff friendly customers.

Love this place! Used to go for air rifle shooting but stopped after covid. Recently went for archery with family and we all loved it! We're trying axe throwing this weekend. Staff are great and very friendly, would highly recommend! Booking is recommended as they can get busy, especially if your looking to rent their equipment, prices are great aswel, and to have it locally is brilliant!

Great little indoor range with a log burner and plenty of parking and always friendly people who go in so a great place and for £5 per lane you can’t complain at all, Outdoor members range is twice the size and under cover and once a member you get twice as long for the same price, more lanes and amazing people. I would highly recommend for people wanting to go shooting with air guns and make new friends 5*

My dogs go in kennels here. Great staff always helpful. I would say dogs enjoy it but they don't they miss us and the settee. But having said that the staff and facilities are excellent and reasonable priced.
