Went into Bowjangles today, went in for a bracelet and came out exactly what I was looking for a stars and bars bracelet. My wife cashed one of her bracelets and got a channel belcher bracelet. On recommendation, I visited this little shop (twice this week) with a gold pocket watch, jewellery and silver coins to sell that I was originally going to give to a big local auctioneers. I'm so glad I did. Excellent customer service from Phil & Jason, friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the security, with double doors. You might have to wait to be let in, but it's worth the wait. Best prices paid for my items and I knew I wasn't being ripped off. I nearly doubled what I would have got from the auctioneers. I left one very happy lady and I was even escorted back to my car & went home and booked a holiday 🙂

1st class service, best deal out there! Other establishments quoted me £1000 less on my sale. One store in particular had off scales in two different locations. I would recommend saving time resources and use bowjangles before anyone else. Thanks to the team for there help.

I can't tell you just how impressed I am with Bowjangles in Wednesbury. Had a small amount of jewellery to sell following a death. Phil & Jason were so welcoming. Jason totally amazed me on his ability to spot the tiniest bit of gold in amongst bag of costume jewellery. He also recognised a piece of gold that another jeweller had said wasn't gold!! Excellent rate paid £17.25 per gram 9ct as opposed to £14 from other jeweller. Super friendly and simply just good old fashioned 'helpful'. Phil also recommended someone that may be able to value some house contents so we don't inadvertently dispose of a valuable heirloom. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks guys 👍

My daughter and I visited Bowjangles today to sell some old jewellery which I hadn't worn in years. The staff were so helpful and friendly and 15 minutes later we left with much more than we anticipated. I was recommended Bowjangles by a jeweller in Wolverhampton and can highly recommend their excellent service.

I always use Bowjangles jewellers to get my foreign currency as they give the best rate. Jason and Phil are really friendly and helpful. I sold some old jewellery recently and they gave me a really good price. Any jewellery I want to buy I always go to them . I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I was very pleased with the fast reliable service I received when trying to get some currency for a short break. I was having problems getting the Croatian Kuna I needed. Phil, ordered them there and then and I collected the next day at a very competitive rate. Brilliant service, would highly recommended.

Our experience here was brilliant & would highly recommend, me and my husband visited today and the service from the young man that assisted us was brilliant. The man who greeted us at the door was very polite and welcoming, we were quickly in and out, no waiting around or long processes. On top of the amazing service we received we also was offered over £600 more than the first place we visited.. & that is not an exaggeration. The man was very honest with us and made us feel comfortable. Also the double doors that lock behind you and the green light system is a very good idea as I automatically felt safe when in the shop. I had only gone into this store to find out some more information on a piece I already own. I was treaded as if I was a paying customer, every time I was addressed, I was addressed as sir. I was given plenty of new information on my piece, to send me in the direction I needed. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to a friend.

When you leave your home at 7am and do a 6hr round trip to visit BOWJANGLES, I’ve been following for awhile on instagram as love the old school styles that they post. I was spoilt for choice in store. Great customer service from all 3 guys and happy to negotiate on price. Will be visiting again. 😉

Myself and my friend visited Bowjangles last week and I have to say, what a lovely experience it was too. Bowjangles staff were so friendly and very helpful when checking out the gold rings and bracelets I had. Felt very safe inside with the double door locking system. My money was all put in an envelope. I got the full price on the day. So very trustworthy. Staff made sure I got to my vehicle safely.
