I have used the Cash Shop, Bilston a few times now only to cash cheques in normally. I have always be seen by the same member of staff, Simon the manager, he's a very nice person always ready to meet you with a warm welcome, and a smile, when he's doing his work he informs you at every stage what he's doing and how long its going to take to get everything all done, he always gives you the best price possible for items that you wish to sell, I have not long sold my first item to the store and I have had a wonderful experience, I spoke to a lady who talked me through using the Web-site for a quote and she was very helpful and informative, the next day I took the item which I had for sale into the shop and was met by Simon, he done his job very well, looked all over the item and done all the paperwork I just had to sign and complete the deal, I was very happy that everything was done and dusted, I was extremely pleased with the amount of money I got for the disabled electric scooter the item which I had to sell, it had to be given a test drive, so Simon jumped on the scooter and soon motored up and down Bilston high street with a big smile on his face I think he really enjoyed himself, which was great. I would like to say thank you to all the staff who I done business with,, it was a pleasure, and if I come to need the shop again I would be looking forwards to seeing all the staff again 😀 Thank you Amanda Edwards

FIVE STARS! Simon and the team provide a top notch, high quality family friendly service. I have now been a customer for several years and im extremely please with the top level of service they offer at the cash shop in Bilston offers. They beat cash converters and cash generator on most prices, so it's definitely worth giving the cash shop in Bilston a shout.

Always excellent service by the team, Simon, josh, rebecca and beth. Been using the buyback service for a while now and the rates offered are best around by far. The guys are always super helpful and know there stuff.

Exactly what it says on their website fast, friendly and fair. I have been to cash shop a few times myself now and I have never had a problem. the staff are friendly, polite and professional they are happy to help you . I will definitely go there again and will definitely recommend to others , weather your looking to buy , sell or put on buy back etc go to cash shop they are much better than other shops .

Brilliant staff . I sold a couple of items and Josh the member of staff who served me was brilliant , couldn't ask for anything better as Josh was wiling to go the extra mile to help me out , Great customer service , really re comedy this place for your unwanted electrical goods.
