Booked in for Covid booster. Very comfortable and confident using the pharmacy, which has a separate access system for vaccinations. All went very smoothly with a minimum wait. Very friendly, efficient and competent staff. A very positive experience and would recommend this service to anyone.

I needed pain relief and with the help from my Doctors and this very efficient pharmacy I managed to receive my tablets in less than 2 hours well done Severn Pharmacy and may you continue in your success .

I went there to get my son's prescription which was only one customer in front of me and I waited for a while and one woman severd me and another woman came again to ask me a question and I just told her what I know from what my son's doctor has said to me earlier today and she felt very annoyed and inpatient, then I waited again, finally she brought the medicine and very inpatient from her face and I said "Thank you very much", no responds from her. Well that's my first time using this family pharmacy and I don't mind waiting and the attitude of customer service is "impressive".

Visited this pharmacy for the first time today. It is the most friendly, professional pharmacy I have visited in Leicester. My prescription was processed quickly and efficiently without any delay. I wish every pharmacy could be like this! They have set a high standard. Keep being brilliant!

If I could give minus stars I would. I had an appointment for a travel consultation which I was advised to book by my GP and the pharmacy staff. I arrived for my appointment to be treated with a completely dismissive attitude from the pharmacist Ajay who said I shouldn’t be there. He then proceeded to list random information regarding vaccines without giving me any written information on how to proceed. I waited 15 minutes for a 1 minute conversation with an awful attitude. I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I was a child and I would honestly never return. I never usually leave negative reviews for anything! Work on your patient skills and customer service. This was appalling.

I have had a travel consultation with Ajay. I did not feel confident in his delivery and he eluded to the fact that GP’s have not done travel vaccinations properly in the past, he gave a booster to my daughter which was not needed.

I have to say the level of service from this pharmacy is outstanding. Due to an error from the GP, my medications were not available. However the staff here went out of their way to make sure it was available for me so I didn’t have to go too long without. Thank you, you were too kind today. Extremely polite staff who only want the best for you.

Went for the first time today and everyone was so lovely. Pharmacies have to deal with some *interesting* characters, I always feel bad for how poor pharmacy staff so often get treated by demanding people. Didn’t seem to affect any of them, everyone is so really pleasant. The gentlemen I saw was beyond helpful and I’m so so grateful.

Visited in February (2021) for my first Astra Zeneca Covishield vaccination and again in May for the 2nd dose. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. Both experiences were smooth and painless. The appointment system works perfectly, arrived on time and was out within 15 to 20 minutes. A local service and much appreciated. Thanks to all involved.😃

Booked an appointment online 2 days prior. Arrived and was met at the door and then had a small interview. Waited about 5 minutes total before going in for the vaccination. Everyone I interacted with was really pleasant and friendly and the service was swift and efficient. About the vaccine - I felt nothing when it was given, not even the needle piercing the skin. I felt a couple of very minor twinges in the few hours after but have no other side effects.

Thoroughly recommend Severn pharmacy for PCR Fit to Fly test/certificate, excellent service from time of booking, through supervised testing at the pharmacy, to result certificate. Every stage was checked and double checked with great care, and they phoned to make sure I had received the results and could download and print the necessary certificate. All well within time frame as advertised.

Brilliant pharmacy. Extremely professional and high quality care. My children had their fit to travel covid test here today. My daughter was very anxious but the lady that performed the test made her feel at ease and the whole process was smooth and relatively pain free. Thank you!
