Very good google maps so helpful

A well organised and managed distribution hub consisting of many businesses. Easily accessible from the M6 and M1. No provision for truck parking anywhere on the estate though.

Easy enough to find you way around. Businesses are sign posted and easy to get to.

Easy to find lots of job opportunities

Like I said before where ever u can get job specially now days when it's so hard to paying bills and all that. That place definitely is best

Big industrial estate. Needs laybys and up to date company location signage

A big well kept Distribution Estate. Just could do with a bit more signage but overall very tidy and well kept with easy access to motorways.
