Personally
I
wouldn’t
rate
this
facility
at
all.
Receptionist
are
condescending
and
rude,
lacking
compassion
and
knowledge
of
how
importance
their
role
is.
My
mother
has
been
severely
mentally
unwell
for
25
years.
Up
until
last
year
she
was
a
patient
of
unither
house
and
dr
ging
however
when
this
psychiatrist
retired
so
did
the
help
for
my
mother.
At
this
point
my
mother
is
having
a
mental
episode
as
she
hasn’t
been
medicated
for
her
illness
in
over
a
year.
This
means
she’s
hitting
and
abusing
loved
ones
and
bridgewell
house
have
round
about
made
it
clear
that
she
can
do
so
and
get
away
with
it
with
no
intervention
of
her
mental
state.
For
over
a
year
now
myself,
father,
brother
and
other
key
people
of
our
family,
gps,
police
etc
have
contacted
and
referred
her
to
be
under
the
care
of
bridgewell
house
regarding
our
concerns
however
without
being
properly
contacted
or
accessed
she
keeps
being
discharged.
This
is
a
complete
spit
in
the
face
to
anyone
having
to
deal
with
my
mother
as
she
is
completely
unbearable
and
can
barely
hold
a
conversation.
dr
zafar
one
of
the
psychiatrists
informed
us
that
you
can
recover
from
an
illness
such
as
this
however
history
tells
me
that
this
is
not
the
case
and
after
25
years
of
suffering
with
skitzophrenia
there
seems
to
be
no
signs
of
recovery.
This
is
an
ongoing
battle
with
no
assistance
from
the
mental
health
recovery
team
and
I
can
assure
my
family
will
be
persistent
in
getting
their
patient
the
help
she
needs
and
deserves.
