After being recommended to try Stonelake, I have not been disappointed, they have my business while I have a landrover. Ben and his team are on point and very helpful. They were repairing a few body work issue which are now good as new.

Excellent service, fixed my fault within a few hours. This was after a different company had had my car in on 4 different days and changed everything bar the kitchen sink and didn't have a clue. Stonelake is a very professional outfit, friendly staff and I won't go anywhere else in future.

Used for the first time to replace my brake discs. Was given the option of alternative parts versus genuine, which was helpful; communicated throughout the full process. Dog friendly reception and biscuits/coffee. Friendly service. Will use again. My only gripe would be that they don’t take American Express; one of the most popular credit cards in the world.

Just great old fashioned customer service. Freelander went in for major service. Having spoken to Ben, price sorted, dropped off courtesy car provided. Kept up to date during the day. When I got there to pick it up Ben explained that they had done some additional work with a video to show me, rust prevention on the brake pipes and charged the battery (The car sits around a lot) didn't try to sell me a new one. Work completed no extra for the rust prevention. Just goes to show there are still great garages out there that focus on the customer not money. Thanks Ben and the team, I'll be back. Mark.

We had a problem with our car, found out there were other urgent problems that needed resolving too but all needed doing within a tight deadline before going on holiday. The team managed to get all of our problems fixed just in time for our holiday and we're very friendly, informative and upfront about everything. They even sent us videos of all of the problems so we had a better understanding of what exactly was the problem and asked us before carrying out additional work to ensure we were happy for them to go ahead with additional repairs. Natalie, their receptionist, was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and very pleasant to speak with at the desk and over the phone. Ben, their mechanic, was very informative of all problems, very knowledgeable and very conscientious of our timescale. He also informed us of worst case scenarios so that we were prepared if needed. Thank you so much to all of them for getting our car repaired! It ensured we could enjoy our holiday without the worry of breaking down whilst there!

I had problems with my l405 rang rover for 6 month I have been with 2 different Land Rover specialist here in Glasgow, waste of time and money. stone lake of Halifax look likely they fixed the problem for me. Just want to say a massive thank you on behalf of the Greens, (the blue landrover). My dad is absolutely over the moon it’s now running after us previously worrying itd never work again due to a garage previously absolutely ruined it.. to say his car wasn’t due in to even been looked at until the 15th December and you guys going above and beyond to get it sorted before the above date! .. finding a reliable garage is obviously proving difficult for my disabled dad who was left without a car for over a month, but it’s safe to say he’s finally found a garage in yourselves he’ll now turn to if he has any future problems. Fantastic friendly service. Quick turnaround on parts replacement. No ridiculous “inspection charge” like some other garages. Would recommend.
