Susanne Christyne will make your wedding dress dreams come true... I had an image in my head of what I wanted for my wedding dress and didn't come across it in any of the shops I went to. I then went to Susanne's studio - she listened to everything I liked and didnt like and put me into a number of skirts, bodices & over tops till we found my dream dress. From there, she added all the perfecting details - from pearls on my lace top to matching veil. I'd recommend Susanne to all brides :D x

When I got engaged back in 2018, I was so nervous about trying on dresses. Having had a couple of less than ideal experiences my best friend had organised an appointment with Susanne. As SOON as I walked in and was greeted by Susanne I knew there was no one else I would want to make my dress. Susanne was immediately reassuring, friendly, thoughtful and put me completely at ease. As someone who knows exactly what she wants I couldn’t believe how exactly on point Susanne got the designs from my dress from the word go and made suggestions for changes and additions thay completely made my dress what it was. Her eye for detail and design is incredible. Unfortunately the pandemic saw us delaying our wedding twice and Susanne was so great and accommodating even though she will have been super busy, she never made me feel like it and nothing was a bother. I also think it’s important to mention - as I was marrying a woman I was a little concerned re trying dresses and inclusivity. Again from day 1 Susanne didn’t blink - was interested and thinking of how our dresses would blend and just genuinely happy for us. For which I am so grateful. My dress was everything I ever wanted and more and the experience of getting there was an absolute joy thanks to Susanne. I don’t think I could ever really thank her enough for that.

Wow , Susan’s knew my beside so well and working closely together she created a showstopper 3 price mens suit with the long train I wanted the lace she chose the hand stitched crystals , I can’t thank you enough you even incorporated the citrine/lemon hand stitched crystals on my train to incorporate my late mother into my 3 price suit . Susanne’s so versatile, warm & kind & it make no difference if it’s a male/female wedding or a gay wedding she is so loving and sweet and really goes far and a live to give you what you want and more . Thankyou my sweet from the bottom of my heart Ps, my new husband was blown away and cried as I walked up the isle towards him and as our creation was top secret he saw it for the first time , he commented I looked out of this world ! & that’s all thanks to you Susanne Thankyou from the bottom of my heart .

I wore my Susanne Christyne bespoke dress on 6.11.20. Susanne was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble, even when we had to reschedule during the pandemic. She was on the phone putting my mind at ease and working around our constantly changing plans without any problems. Susanne made every fitting so much fun with her enthusiasm and excitement for the big day. I went in with a vision of what I wanted and I only had to explain it once and I could tell she truly understood what I was looking for. She absolutely nailed it and I felt a million dollars in my dress. I can’t wait to wear it again for our celebration next year. I would highly recommend other brides to go bespoke, you can have exactly what you want and your dress will be totally unique and perfect.

Review from my wife Ally: I cannot recommend Susanne enough. I first went to see Susanne over a year before my wedding and she listened to exactly what I wanted. About 8 months before the wedding I found out I was pregnant. Susanne was absolutely amazing, she knew I was worried about the dress but completely assured me she could make the necessary changes to it which she did. The result was that I still got to wear my dream dress (with some adjustments!) and it looked absolutely amazing. Susanne’s skill, attention to detail and professionalism went far beyond my expectations, and appointments with her were the highlight of my wedding preparation!

I honestly can't recommend Susanne and her team enough, they are so talented, welcoming and creative. I can't imagine having a more perfect dress for my wedding I felt like a boss. Susanne Christyne recently designed my beautiful, unique wedding dress. I was a 50+ second-time bride who didn't want a traditional dress but who still wanted to feel like a bride and Susanne helped make this dream a reality. From our initial meeting through to the fittings and collection. Susanne and Lauren were professional, friendly and made me feel like I was the only bride they were working with. One of the best things about this experience was that Susanne Christyne listened and then helped translate my thoughts into a fabulous reality. On the day, I felt beautiful and definitely not a second-time bride - the dress they created just wouldn't let me!!

Out of all the reviews I have written since my wedding this one is the hardest, as I cannot put into words how fantastic Susanne & Lauren are!! From the day my mum and I had my initial appointment to the many appointments that would follow theses ladies were great. The care, attention and vision that went into every detail of my beautiful dress, coupled with their patience and encouragement while I went through my own personal journey was amazing. I have never in my life felt the way I felt on my wedding day, all down to Susanne & Lauren. I got married in March 2023 and going to Susanne Christyne for my wedding dress was the best decision I ever made. Highly recommend!! Susanne was incredible from start to finish, so talented, kind and considerate. My dress was absolutely perfect, my husband cried at how beautiful I was and a little girl in the hotel thought I was a queen. On the most important day of my life, my dress was perfect and I felt amazing! It's all thanks to Susanne who helped me design the dress of my dreams. I never seen myself getting married but when my now wife asked me to marry her I knew right away what I was dreaming to wear dress wise and I wouldn't have been able to go buy something i'd feel was me and would need it designed and made 😊 As I looked online, Susanne came up and on the off chance I emailed her as we were due to get married within 5 months and by luck she got back to me the next day and said she was able to get me in in a few days as she was all caught up and loved my ideas when we were chatting on the phone about it. I felt right away it was meant to be and that she was always meant design my dress for me 🥰 The moment I met Susanne I felt comfortable and with being autistic this can be hard for me as I can shut down, I found Susanne so easy to talk to and such a genuine, lovely person, I felt safe and listened to. Susanne looked at all my ideas, got to know me and then drew up an idea for me which I fell in love with right away 😍 Susanne knew the dress was important to me and all I wanted due to having a small wedding with very few people so from the moment I met her she made me feel confident she was able to pull this off and trusted in my vision. Susanne gave me such confidence that what I initially thought I wouldn't suit I would, everytime I was Motherwell I just became more and more excited!! I couldn't be happier to have found Susanne, she added not only the details I dreamed about in my dress but a detail in my dress that I never knew I needed which just added to how perfect everything was coming together ❤️ Susanne helped create my absolute dream dress and I couldn't be anymore grateful to her 🥺 she never judged me and was just as excited as me! I will never forget walking into the changing area and seeing my beautiful dress for the first time. It was just perfect for me. Susanne took time and effort to listen to what I wanted and suit the dress to my personality. I was worried about shopping for a dress but Susanne and Lauren made it such a lovely, personal experience. Both my sister and I got our dresses from Susanne. It was amazing to see two silhouettes transform from a similar starting point into two completely different individualised dresses to suit two very different weddings. I cannot recommend Susanne enough. She takes the time to make every bride feel special and important. I love every single thing about my dress. I only wish I could wear it on a regular basis!
