Your staff,Kelly and Jane were the most helpful staff we have come across

A few weeks ago in this store I experienced what is very typical of young girls now, but considering that they were meant to be running a shop I was a bit disgusted actually. 2 of the staff members, who I found out later 1 was the manager, were stood behind the sales desk discussing another member of staff very unprofessionally and using some quite colourful words too. Having plenty of experience running a store myself I found this to e very rude and unprofessional behaviour, especially on a shop floor for customers to experience!

Not a very big very little options ok for basic if you didn't plan on staying overnight then changed your mind you can get something to do you for the next day but that's about it place prefer the one in Lincoln a lot more to pick from

Once again a pleasant stay at the Chestnuts ,back in 6 weeks, &will be booking with Claire for next year. Christine & John Scott. ( Cumbrian ).

I visited this store looking for black denim shorts, I spoke to Kelly who was lovely, happy and helpful. There were no shorts this style in store however she encouraged me to take a look online with her, she found just what I was looking for and made suggestions on the style best suited to me. Kelly went above and beyond to help, the shorts arrived yesterday & are perfect! Lovely little store, great staff.
