I injured my back gardening 10 days before I was due to go to Glastonbury Festival. I was in so much pain, I’d considered not going as I am working there getting people to play ping pong. I had my first appointment 2 days ago with Dean. Dean diagnosed the problem quickly, he knew exactly what to do to address the problem. 48 hours later, my complaint was much better. Had another treatment this morning. The pain in my left buttock is now a dull ache; my lower back feels looser and I am now confident that I will be going to Glastonbury on Monday. I can not THANK Dean enough.

Tanya is amazing! My sports massages with her has really aided my chiropractic treatment and my well being. Having worked with Alex for many years and struggling to make the journey to Cheltenham to see him, he recommended Dean to me, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and professional. His attention to detail is fantastic and he always goes the extra mile with every treatment he gives. Not only does he give first class treatment he also goes through follow up exercises to help you in the long run. I’ve been using Alex and Dean for a long time and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

After a couple of cancellations that initially made me leave a negative review, dean quickly got in touch with me (couple of hours after writing the review). It was easy to tell he wanted to make things right and genuinely cares about his clients. Dean offered me a 2 free sessions, the first one being last Friday. The session is exactly what I was looking for as he is able to provide: Chiropractic, sports therapy and sport massages. Highly recommend it.

After having issues with my shoulder for a few months I saw Tommy and he knew very quickly what the issue was and helped a lot. Was friendly and still remaining professional and would recommend.

He looked at my lifestyle as a whole to get to the bottom of the issues I am having. Dean is professional, highly skilled and honest. I’ve seen many chiropractors and I have to say Dean is by far the best I’ve ever seen. He made me feel at ease, really friendly, clean room, he listened and managed to diagnose me within one session and started treatment on the day. I’ve been back a few times and I’ve not had the issue come back. I’ve recommended to family members and my partner. Highly recommend!

Dean has performed absolute wonders for my back which for 20 years has been the bane of my life. After a few months' treatment I have gradually become symptom free; an outcome I honestly didn't dream was possible. He's a pleasure to visit and so incredibly knowledgeable. Monika is amazing at what she does, always (well sometimes 🤣) professional and on time. She knows her stuff and just puts you at ease every single time. She always seems to be expanding her knowledge and skills to make your experience better. She is also very understanding if you can’t make an appointment. I’m now taking my daughter who has severe anxiety and she has been absolutely amazing with her. I have also had the pleasure of seeing Dean on one occasion and likewise he is professional and welcoming, knows his stuff. Keep up the good work guys. Very happy to recommend and give a 5 star review for Dean Matthews in Hanham. My back finally went into acute spasm after years of grumbling away, and the pain was dreadful. A patient had recommended Dean and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, care and professionalism. A super friendly and honest guy, he's been instrumental in getting me back on my feet and finally back to work. Not only have I had excellent treatment from him, he showed me some stretches to do to help manage my back going forwards. If you're looking for an excellent caring Chiropracter, then look no further. Real bonus that he's local too.

Best clinic I've been to. Monika was able to ultrasound scan and diagnose my torn pectoral tendon giving me a report which enabled me to fast track an MRI with the NHS. Since having surgery both Monika and Tommy have been brilliant in giving me rehabilitation treatments and I am now well on my way to a full recovery. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Monika has helped me with my terrible plantar fasciitis that has caused me so much pain. A month has reduced the pain dramatically, and I am no longer limping after 3 months of walking like Herr Flick! I am sure I will be pain free by the end of the year thanks to her knowledge and treatment.

I could not rate Dean highly enough. I have had a persistent injury for nearly 3 years, and I have seen many physios and chiropractors during this time period, and I have made limited to no success. Since I have been seeing Dean, my injury has now improved sustainably, and I am more confident to take part in my day to day life, aswell as sports that I do too. He is a very knowledgable person, and makes you feel very comfortable and grounded during the process. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who has injuries, and is looking to get them fixed.
