Delicious tasting food. Fantastic service. Great value lunchtime menu available. Would highly recommend a visit.

Lovely food, attentive staff. Really nice choice on the menu with a mixture of Thai, Malaysian, Japanese, Chinese etc. Dropped 1 star as the desserts are tiny for the price and the restaurant is terribly noisy as it's open plan and wooden floors so every table is speaking as loud as they can to hear each other.

Had another takeaway tonight. The food was as incredible as all the previous times I have eaten from here since the day they opened in November 2020. The staff are always friendly, welcoming & greet you with a smile.

Took my parents to AKA for lunch, was fairly quiet and this was great as we had a good choice of tables and lots of attention from the lovely and attentive staff. We shared some small plates for starters and other dishes for mains. Everything was perfect and great value for money. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back. A special mention must go to our lovely waitress Priskila, she was so polite, gently and very friendly indeed - such a pleasure to meet her. We had a lovely chat and we’ll definitely be looking out for her when we come again.

Myself and my partner popped in to this lovely place for a quick bite before an appointment. We were quite short for time, but when we explained this to the lovely staff the order was taken immediately, and food was served in a matter of minutes. It gave us enough time to really enjoy the food we had ordered, and make our appointment on time. The food quality was fantastic...and their signature cocktails, so delicious. We are not local to Witham, but have both agreed that this is going to be our new date night spot!!!

We celebrated our daughters 21st here this evening and the food was outstanding! My third time here but my familys first & everyone enjoyed!. Especially the normal ones that had the bottomless 🤪🤪🤪 thank you Wing & Kenny (missed you)

🍜🍚🥟 First time we've been to AKA and it was stunning. Can't recommend it enough, the venue is very smart, clean and modern inside. The sensible size menu is mainly Japanese in style with a few favourite Chinese style dishes alongside, hard to choose between all of them. The staff were really friendly and attentive the whole time and we enjoyed great service. The food was superb. We had a couple of their small dishes - Satay chicken skewers and duck rolls. The meat was excellent and their sauces are worlds apart from your standard takeaway. My Bento Box was well prepared with a lovely beef teriyaki. The picked veg was perfect. Can't wait to go again. The prices were very reasonable, plus it felt like a great place to mark a special occasion.

So this is my new favourite restaurant to go to. Myself and my partner went for a lovely meal to celebrate our anniversary on Friday and what a great choice it was! The food was incredible and came out so so quick. The Japanese beers were amazing. We were introduced to Kenny the general manager who had a nice chat with us and also the assistant manager Patrick who was extremely nice to us and loved having a chat. We had our picture taken on a small Polaroid camera to remember the evening and after the food were given some amazing cocktails on the house with a rose to celebrate our anniversary. 100/10 for friendliness and food. Will 100% be going back again! Thank you Kenny and Patrick for a beautiful evening.

This restaurant has links to Hakkasan in the west end and its no surprise when you taste the food! Ingredients are always very fresh and the flavours are to die for! Recommend the Gyoza Noodle soup, it is sensational. Kenny runs the restaurant so everything runs perfectly. I would give it 11/10 if I could :)

Lovely big portion sizes. Food was quite good (although I didn't hugely rate my main - tasted like bog standard curry sauce from a takeaway). Satay skewers were to die for, however.. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place itself nicely decorated and very roomy! So we were surprised to be sat in the next room, with no other customers, right next to the till. This meant that the waitresses were constantly next to our table (as they kept to the till) so we felt like we were constantly being watched - it was rather uncomfortable. They also had conversations standing right next to us. If the restaurant was full, i'm sure we wouldn't have noticed/minded. But being 4:30pm on a Sunday with no one else in the room, this was extremely off putting!

Visited AKA for the first time last evening to celebrate my son’s 18th Birthday. From start to finish the service was absolutely impeccable, nothing was too much trouble at all. Plenty of choice of food and everything we chose we all agreed was delicious. There was also a good choice of drinks and the cocktails looked and tasted beautiful. Thank you to Kenny and your team for a brilliant and fun night - we will be back! Jo

Our first visit today. I can see us visiting again. The Dragon had roast duck which she said was great. I had King Prawns in chili sauce which was excellent and not too chili hot. The staff are great and very attentive, prices do not break the bank either.

Ive walked past this place many times and wasnt sure what it was! Now I know - its a really pleasant contemporary asian restuarant service excellent food - some of the nices asian food I've had. The manager Kenny Wong and staff are vey helpfull and friendly - the place is professionaly run, Prices are reasonable - we had a great dinner in a nice ambience. Background noise is not intrusive so we could enjoy dinner and talk in a normal voice. I will certianly return - so glad to have finally discovered this place.

We ate here this evening. For a Wednesday night there was a good vibe. All the staff were very polite and welcoming and the drinks were really good and considering we both had starters and a cocktail the price was reasonable! There was only 2 of us so we were unable to sample the whole menu but all of what we ordered was delicious. We both particularly rated the Cantonese pork 🤤 sorry no pics because I just wanted to eat it

Got invited to a friend's birthday banquet Friday evening just gone. First time dining out in Witham. Excellent food and excellent service. The General Manager Kenny Wong, assistant manager and other staff were all very welcoming, hospitable, courteous and attentive. Subtly decorated, this place has a modern look and a relaxing feel. Spacious too. Highly recommended.

Thank you for your fantastic hospitality though out last night. I could not ask for more , all my guests and myself enjoyed from my first step into the restaurant. Every time a dish come to the table, the surprise from there face is unforgettable but the biggest surprise when they taste the food, the table went all quiet, they were too busy to eat rather than talk. The produce was fresh and the cooking was fantastic. Kenny the manager lead the team in a highest level. It was purely a fine example to separate from a good restaurant to a very best restaurant. I recently booked a table at AKA for 12 people for my nieces birthday celebrations. Kenny was an absolute Gentleman and his team went above and beyond to look after us. Food choice was brilliant, fresh and absolutely delicious. They had a large Christmas party in one half of the restaurant, but we were not disturbed by them, and we still received excellent food and service from the team. 10/10 Would recommend.

Had a great experience for my first time at AKA lounge. We had booked for the bottomless brunch and was more than impressed. The food, service and drinks were all equally amazing. They went above and beyond for my birthday celebration. Will be a frequent customer from now on! Thanks again Kenny and staff!

Booked a table to celebrate daughters 23rd, after reading such good reviews, first time here for everyone in the party too. We are so glad we did and will definitely be returning in the near future. Food was amazing, and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chef! Service and decor really good. Let down was the authenticity of the food. Only dish was good was the seafood laksa. Beef teriyaki was awful, Takoyaki was awful.
