We couldn't be happier with the service from Gary at CYC Fitness. He went the extra mile to understand what we wanted to achieve and gave us a number of options. Excellent choice of equipment at very competitive prices. We paid extra for David @ Select Fitness to set up our multi-gym and this was money well spent (David is excellent). Would highly recommend buying from CYC Fitness!

After few weeks of shopping around CYC Fitness came out as the most attractive, offering lots of good packages and discounts , among them from far was the 600 pounds I received for " Best price on the Market " promise . The delivery was quick and prompt and the one item I've had an issue with, has been replaced straight away. At my request I've been prioritised for an installation , when the two member team in 3 and half hours have done it brilliantly . I'm absolute sure, the future issues with my cage I might have, Gary will deal with them without hesitation and my home gym  has quality equipment at good and competitive price , thanks to Gary and his business. I purchased a Inspire Fitness SCS Smith Cage System from CYC Fitness. I opted to assemble it myself and found the instructions flawless. Every type of nut, bolt and washer came in a card clearly designating it, making it concise and easy to follow, with a bit of occasional squinting of the necessarily detailed diagrams. I am really pleased with the engineering quality of this product. It offers the potential for many different exercises, which will mean it will never become dull by limitation. The customer service of Gary and his team has been fantastic throughout. They delivered the machine in various boxes to a difficult location and nothing was too much for them. Top notch product delivered by a great team. Will be purchasing more from them in the future.

If I could give these guys more stars I would 100%!!! Amazing from day one, had a bad experience with another company and Craig gave me best advice which in turn got me my money back, and I called into CYC to take a look at the inspire ft2 fully equipped. Guys came to install the gym rapidly as it was my lads birthday, set it up today and the quality is absolutely amazing. Would say to anyone thinking of purchasing a home gym with commercial quality then CYC is the people to contact what ever it is you’re looking for, they will have my business for any further purchases for my gym. Installation guys were excellent. Bang on time and cleaned up and left not one bit of mess, hope you enjoy the beers 😉 Over the moon with what they have done and as you can tell very excited to kickstart my fitness !

I recently purchased the Inspire FT2 from CYC Fitness and have to say their service was 100% from start to finish. I had a few questions which Gary easily answered and was extremely knowledgeable about the FT2. They kept me informed all the way through the order to delivery process. I had spent a fair amount of time looking for the best prices around and CYC could not be matched. An added bonus was that I wanted a couple of extra pieces of equipment to go with the FT2 of which CYC gave a 15% discount without having to ask......a rarity these days for that to happen!! In summary if you are in the market for some quality gym equipment CYC Fitness would be where I would be checking out first!!

Amazing customer service! I ordered a treadmill from CYC Fitness. The product was delivered 3 days after order. I did have some issues initially with the treadmill as part of the console was damaged. This was not a fault of CYC Fitness as the treadmill was delivered by the treadmill manufacturer. However, as soon as I got in touch with Gary, the sales manager at CYC Fitness, he had my issue resolved in less than a day with a replacement console sent out with next day delivery. I was amazed at how quickly he sorted this. And not only that, but the treadmill was cheaper on CYC Fitness than any other reputable UK company! I would definitely order from this company again.

Bought an FT2 gym machine from CYC Fitness. Brilliant machine (unbelievable amount of exercise options) and helpful service from Craig at CYC who gave lots of good advice without being pushy at all. Definitely get the fitting service as needs an expert. The team that did the job were also super efficient and helpful.

I was looking for a new smith machine/multi gym and came across CYC Fitness on line. I found a great machine at a good price look out for thier sales. I had a few questions concerning the machine and called them. I was put through to Gary Scott from the sales department, wow what a helpful, nice and informative man. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble, Gary gave me his email address so as he could look at my questions and said he would get back to me. Within no more than 10 minutes the email arrived with every question and more answered. I placed the order and am now awaiting the machine, I will let you know how that is when it arrives. In my opinion CYC Fitness supplies great stuff at a good price. As for Gary Scott he is great and if he dosnt know the answer he will find it out. Keep up the great work.

Great service from the team at CYC fitness. I bought a weights bench from them. They had a good range of products and lots of information. Bench I bought was good value and came ready assembled. Even helped me put it into the car. Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a functional trainer from CYC. The experience was flawless - from the moment Gary picked up the phone I knew I was in safe hands. His patience was unwavering, and he gave me objective input which was really helpful in coming to the right decision as to which machine to get. The purchase process was very easy, and delivery went like clockwork. I’ve been so impressed with CYC that I am now looking into purchasing more equipment.

Fantastic service and would highly recommend. We had a tight space within which to fit a functional trainer but Gary responded to all our queries promptly and ensured that the installation would be possible. Colin and Paul who did the installation were also very helpful and professional too. They cleared everything at the end of the installation and they left everything ready for us to use. Fantastic, high integrity company, hugely recommended. I'm very happy with the quality of the product (Aviron Strong Rower) and how it was shipped (it was very heavy and need a pallet service) The customer service was exceptional, I dealt exclusively with Gary Scott the Retail Sales Manager, no query was too small, to answer my calls, keeping me updated via email, phone and a courtesy call as after I'd assembled my rower. I even got a free cloud seat! They are so good, I recommended them to my best friend. I would definitely buy from them again as Gary made the process so easy, he was very helpful and friendly on every occasion.

CYC were delightful to work with. We got an FT2 package which is a rare piece of kit nowadays at a very fair price. I had a great experience. Clear communications, clear invoicing, responsive, great customer service. Could not ask for more. Easy. Simple. And installation day was done in less than 4 hours by a lovely chap called David who also demoed how it works. The product itself is fantastic too! If you want gym equipment, I am only going to CYC.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Gary and his team. This is the type of company that when they say they will call or email you back, they do exactly as promised. In my case, this included prompt email replies out of hours and the personal touch of follow-up calls. We experienced a supplier issue that was entirely outside the control of CYC, which caused a delay, but the level of customer service in making this up was first class, even though I know this was nothing to do with CYC or their team. I have bought from a number of other fitness companies before and have encountered mixed levels of service, but I have never found one as good as this. 5 stars thoroughly well deserved.

Found CYC Fitness through Google search, asked for advise over the phone based around my budget and they couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. Went to their showroom to collect as they are local and was really impressed with the size of the showroom and the range of equipment. Great quality equipment with a 1st class service to match

I recently ordered some home gym equipment from CYC. There were some large items and I have restricted access to my property. I discussed the issues with Gary, and he assured me he would get it all sorted. I hear this a lot and then have to meet couriers at the end of my lane due to them not being able to make it to the property. Gary was true to his word and better, the couriers were in contact the day before delivery to check instructions, called 30 mins before arrival and sent the right size vehicle. All other aspects of the purchase were simple, and I've had several emails since delivery checking all was well. Very happy I found CYC to buy my kit from and will definitely be using them for any other kit I decide to add to my setup. Highly recommended.

CYC Fitness is a fitness MEGA STORE, just by the Oswestry Show-Ground. I found it by accident, so glad I did, they sell to the trade and direct to the public, they have a vast showroom and stock loads of equipment to either by on-line or at the showroom. If you're not sure what you're for, contact a member of staff, email, phone or face to face and they will explain the various products they have. The team are just so helpful, it's unbelievable. Fantastic knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service. Their products are excellent. I've purchased a number of things from them which are excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone to take a visit. I'll definitely go back to them

Great place for gym equipment. Recently had the guys from CYC deliver and install some quality home gym gear at a very reasonable and competitive price. Gary was extremely helpful and accommodating, meeting with us on a Sunday at the showroom to discuss our requirements. They have a great range of equipment on display to try before you buy and even offer an install option. Craig and the team at CYC sorted me out with an Inspire FT2 and flooring. They were professional and enthusiastic from the start, right through to the guys who carefully installed it. Showrooms with kit you can try-before-you-buy for this sort of equipment are few and far between, so given the help choosing, investment they made in the showroom and keen pricing...it was a pleasure to buy from a nice family business. Will buy again and have recommended to friends already.
