I recently ordered from Skate Britain. I payed for first class delivery but it has been a few days and the payment hasn't been processed. Having payed extra for faster shipping only to have to wait for the payment to be processed seems counter intuitive. Furthermore, I emailed their customer service and haven't been responded to. Currently, my money is on hold and nobody has responded to my email.

After looking all over the midlands for a decent shop to get rollerblades we came across Skate Britain (great name btw) in Oswestry. I must say how blown away I was by their service and advice, safe to say we ended up buying not just skates for myself and step daughter but my partner also got some stuff. Strongly recommend these people! And we will be seeing you again soon as my partner has eyes on a new pair of quads already :-)

Really prompt service and great value for money, it was the cheapest listing I'd seen for those particular skates. Received a personalised email in regards to them not having my exact size and offering an alternative, which was fine by me. Fortunately the size I had originally ordered arrived anyway which was a happy surprise! Postage was also swift and everything was packed together nicely to fit into one box. Highly recommend.

Really love the jam straps made such a difference to my foot comfort! They hold my heel down in the boot exactly as I want, preventing rubbing on the toes and making my ankle feel more stable, thus able to execute more intense Jammer moves

Needed some advice about sizing before buying a pair of Chaya Classoc Dance skates. Got an email reply back within an hour confirming which would fit me best and why. Placed an order and received the skates at 9am the next day. Skates are literally a perfect fit - really, really comfortable! I'm very happy with them and the customer service I received. Highly recommended! :)

My skates arrived within a few days of ordering and were as pictured and described. Very Happy with my Chaya Melrose Skates in the yellow shade (Amber). It was my first time purchasing roller skates and I could not find any size guides on the protective pads sets which was really unhelpful- even after I reached out to ask for help, none was given (even Amazon pad sets have size guides so it was disappointing that a skate specialist didn't). I had to order my pad set elsewhere which is a shame as I like to support independent businesses. It was the only place I could find Chaya skates in my size in the UK and after a lot of online research, they were the skates I knew were best for me so I ordered here. I have deducted a star because of the lack of size guides for the pads and the fact that returns aren't free which is a bit unreasonable given the cost of roller skates (and mine are on the lower price point range at 100GBP). If you added size guides on pads and offered free returns on Skates that needed exchanging for a different size, it would have made it an easier decision to buy from you. Other than that, if you are 100% sure of your skate size or know exactly what you are looking for (or are happy to pay for returns), then you will get what you ordered in good time and will be ready to skate away.

Awesome store! I was buying inline skates as a present and the staff were really helpful! They patiently answered my questions about different models and gave me some pieces of advice on sizing. I also really appreciate it that they were swift with replies! The shipping was really fast too! I recommend this shop 100000000000 percent!

I ordered Pro-Tec PRO Knee BLACK on February 3rd and paid £21 for delivery. I supposed to receive them on February 28. But I still didn’t receive them. I have neither knee pads nor refund. They don’t respond to my emails. Do not recommend SkateBritain. Update: They tracked the parcel- it was lost, and sent me another one. Hope to receive it soon. Thanks.
