G.p are a waste of time and money. Up until 3 years ago I never had a problem getting my meds now there seems to pick and choose when and what medication I get. Sick of the Mallard practice and as soon as this pandemic is over I am moving, doesn't help when you get attitude of people who are not medical trained i.e receptionist.

Although during covid there were understandably difficulties with getting face to face appointments with doctors this has improved considerably and i have had no problems in thelast few weeks getting appointments. Recently i have also had bloods taken by a recently registered HCA Sarah Spragg. She was polite helpful and very professional

Avoid this place! When you want to see a GP, you will have to wait at least week for a phone call to hear when your appointment is, good luck! It was always like that, don't blame covid. BTW when you will finally get in touch with your GP you will see that they are useless.

Awful receptionists, get messages wrong-GPs don't call back-had to raise complaints with practice manager never got through to-reception blocks any progression-nobody seems to care there.

Now I get Covid has been awful but the Receptionists are abrupt. Not much care at this Doctors! Phone lines closed between 12 and 1 then call and it's call after 3 for results a month to speak to a GP. I'd find another doctors

Dr heath was amazing! You can talk to him and he will pay full attention to what you are saying. He fully understood what I was explaining! Not many drs do that these days! Thank you for making me feel at ease.

Absolutely excellent. Telephone call from receptionist regarding a different matter resulted in prompt return call from doctor with immediate appointment. Receptionist wonderful and doctor Head was warm welcoming and understanding. As a new patient to the practice the care has been exemplary.

Practice Nurse Kath is one of the most lovely nurses I've come across. Her calming personality helped me (I get panic attacks). She took her time to listen and chatted with me which made me feel more positive and at ease.

I have been with this doctor a lot of years and is going down hill fast,I have literally just come off a call with a doctor who quite clearly did not read my records,I am now in the process of putting in a complaint with practice manager. It's frightening when a doctor does not know anything about you yet they have the information in front of them.also waiting weeks for any kind of appointment is disgusting.

Quick appointments whenever needed, kind staff, the doctor and the nurses I've seen are well prepared and to the best they can to offer top service. One of the best GP practices I ever dealt with

Transferred here recently and I'm over the moon with the service. It's absolutely second to none. A big thank you to the very efficient and very caring staff. You're all fabulous.

It's just the medical practice, how it should be! I've used their services 3 times and it's absolutely AMAZING! Receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable, website is user friendly. Special thanks to Dr.Heath! He really, helped me the best way possible! Bravo, Mallard Medical Practice!

Perhaps the most unprofessional GP practice I’ve ever encountered, Sian the receptionist was extremely unempathetic to a pregnant person, unhelpful and rude . I came in to get a complaint form about the practice and how I’ve been treated and she instantly began being aggressive and didn’t let me speak, i than asked if I could speak to someone calmer , that didn’t happen , she gave me my forms and I walked out, having been shouted at by the receptionist for trying to get diabetes medication for my baby, and no chance to talk to anyone calm, please avoid this practice if you can

I saw Dr Heath today, he is an absolute credit to the practice and a first class GP. He cares about all of his patients and remembers all of your background difficulties and has helped my so much with my physical and mental problems over the last 3 or 4 years. Total and utter incompetence,receptionists think there doctors,there rude and unprofessional,the place should be shut down.can’t get an appointment even though the place is empty. Shocking.

Really impressed with the speed at which I was able to consult with a GP today. I genuinely cannot fault the service and treatment I received - efficient, respectful and highly professional. Thank you so much.
