I’ve used a hot desk on an ad hoc basis at Space @ a few times so far, Mark and everyone there have been friendly and welcoming, the location is really fantastic and the desks and decor very classy. Monkseaton station is very close, with free parking at and around it. Playhouse car park is free all day too. I plan to keep visiting regularly - the only thing I’ll change, I’m used to a multi-monitor setup and the hot desks do not have a screen, so will invest in a laptop riser and portable monitor!

I had a day working from the co-working and is a great little place to base yourself. Good location in Whitley Bay with lots of cafes and places nearby for lunch. The internet was decent and the space had recently been renovated with new furniture and equipment.

Brilliant Place to build your business and work from. I have been based at Space@ just under 2 years and its fantastic!!. Its not just about having an office based on the excellent Park View but also the number of different businesses to work and collaborate with has been brilliant . I can walk to work which I have never been able to do.

The Space@ is only a short walk away from Whitley Bay metro station. I enjoyed working there taking up the Hot Desking offer. You do get work there enjoying the conveniences of today’s life, including fast internet, nice facilities, modern kitchen and all that good stuff. Mark the owner made sure not only those needs are met but he created an ambience where the past meets today. In the hot desking area you can appreciate working from beautiful solid wooden partners desks in a tastefully decorated room. This made the experience a wee bit more special compared to other places I have been to. As for the people, everybody there was very welcoming and I’ll sure be back.

I've had a coworking desk in Space@ for almost a year now after i moved house away from my main office, and its made such a difference compared to trying to Work from home all the time. The facilities are fantastic and allow me much better options for conference calls and meetings, as well as the benefit of being around other people from all kinds of different businesses. It has genuinely led to collaborations I would not have made otherwise and been an asset to my productivity and business. The spaces are modern, fresh immaculately maintained and everyone is welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend it.

What a great place to work!! I have had a desk in one of the collaborative rooms in Space@ for over 2 years and it has not only been extremely convenient but has been a really lovely place to work! Very comfortable working space, great office facilities and only a couple minutes walk away from the sea front! I would highly reccomened Space@ to anyone looking to get out of the home office or small businesses looking for that much needed working space. Thanks Space@ from Emma and Buzz 😊

Great place to work. Not like co working spaces I've used before which are quite uniform with white walls and vertical blinds. The interior here is amazing and quirky. Lots of gadgets I've not seen before. Gets the creative juices flowing. Brilliant space 😀

I was feeling like I needed to get out the house so booked in a day at Space. Now they do hot-desking it's the perfect escape for when I'm feeling like I need a change of scenery. Inside is modern and cosy with all the facilities you could need. Best bit was how friendly everyone was ... It's so nice to chat to other freelancers and make new connections. looking forward to booking back

Great off site meeting held at Space @. Mark was very friendly and the room (Boardroom) had everything we needed and was clean and well presented. The social space was great and there was a kitchen area and a little tuck shop. Communication was easy and lead to a very easy flowing day.

I used Space@ for the first time a couple of weeks ago to do some content writing as there are so many distractions at home and I wanted to see if being in a space where there is nothing to do but work, would work. Well, it did! I committed to 4hrs work and managed 3.5hrs of uninterrupted writing. I was very surprised at how cosy Space@ is and love the decor! The big desks and comfy chairs make it very easy to stay a while, even with cuppa-making facilities just down a few steps. I’ll certainly be back regularly to churn out some work. Check it out if you need to be in a space minus distraction like me.

Fantastic hot desking space at Spaceat. We needed a space for 3 days to do some work whilst visiting family. Mark sorted us out at very short notice with 2 desks. Brilliant venue, bang on trend, great wifi, refreshments on tap, bright and warm. Close to loads of cafes and shops. We even found some free all day parking a short distance away. Everything you need for working away from home or the office.

Mark was able to give me access to a hot desk at very short notice! It was a great space with all the facilities you need. Super fast internet (1GB/s), comfy workspace, equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend 👍

Great hot-desking, seamless process and a lovely office space. Great Wi-Fi. Bright and very nicely furnished. I worked here while I was visiting family and would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be booking in again next time I’m in the area.
